I tried to get a meal there last night and it was the worst I ever had in my life. Everything was wicked old we microwaved horrible. I’m surprised they even give that food out almost broke a tooth on the chicken nuggets.

Terrible service. I paid for my order and was asked to move up and they will bring it out the side door. I watched car after car get their order before me. It wasn’t until I honked my horn, they remembered I was waiting. After over 10 mins. BS.

Hire a better morning crew please , people that want to work and show great customer service, My visit this morning the black lady didn’t greet just took my money and slammed the window, mind you i had change that she didn’t give back to me or my receipt, I really didn’t have time to go inside your establishment and set her straight but i can assure you if she didn’t give that to me she surely have done that to others…

This place usually is ok with service, but as I went there today, I went through drive thru first, their accommodating attitude is well perceived but once mid shift comes in, there seems to be a particular crew members that doesn’t care, they have kids outside in the sweltering heat, doors locked and no one ready to help if an adult try’s to walk up, we’ll that’s what my family member did, he came up with his puppy in hand and asked to use the bathroom, when I drove by I stop, and saw the crew member denied him access, as he explained that the puppy was a service dog, he can’t leave him alone and he’s been standing outside for a long while, he needs to use the bathroom, he’s in pain, he explained, they still made him he had to walk back to his car and grab his Identification and proof, I saw the whole thing, plus the crew members didn’t want to come back to the door, to help my poor family member, it’s sad because he was in pain and struggling with his condition and how they treated him was worse than a second class citizen until I heard him venting to the manager, she seem to calm him down temporarily, this type of discrimination is disrespectful and disgusting towards our kind, they need to retrain or fire people who don’t understand or have the lack of compassion towards your own customers. I was there and saw the whole ordeal of a grown man with medical problems come ask to use the bathroom and was refuse and lockout of the establishment until shown proper identification which he later did but left a nasty taste of dissatisfaction as a company for my family experience.
