This place has made a complete turnaround.
The manager is on it in every area of the restaurant.. She has a great relationship with the staff and did everything from wait tables to cook to check people out.. And all while keeping our drinks filled up and a smile on her face.. The staff work together great.. Food was great as well.. Definitely will recommend this place again to eat

My southwest bowl was so good. I didn’t have to wait forever to place an order or food. They kept my coffee hot and fresh. It’s a huge improvement from the past. Great people providing excellent service.

Great staff! Food was perfect! The manager Brandi was on it the entire time I was there. She greeted every customer that came in and made sure everybody was taken care of. It was really busy when I went in there but Brandi and her crew handled it perfectly and everybody was happy. Will visit again and I recommend this place to everybody!

Think it is pretty bad when you have 4 people working, there’s 5 tables with people at them and the head person in charge tells you that there is 1 person serving and cooking. So for God sake tell me what the other 3 workers are doing. Not working because you have 1 person that is the waitress and wants all the tips off all the customers..bad bad business practice.

I have to admit, I was very skeptical to come back here. After experiencing poor quality food, bad management and listless employees I had pretty much written off ever dining at this Huddle House again. HOWEVER, a friend and I decided to give them one last try after an absence of more than 3 years and I had to admit how shocked I am. They have done a DRASTIC turn around!! The place was clean and the food was amazing. Not only was it cooked to order, but it was done very well and according to my wishes. I prefer my bacon to be chewy and Brandi did so to perfection. It appears the quality of the food has been changed as well because the Applewood smoked bacon was about the tastiest I’ve ever eaten. The same goes for the biscuits and gravy. While short handed, no one was made to wait an excessive amount of time for food or service. I know staffing is a problem all over so this wasn’t really a concern of mine. I will certainly be back here and I hope anyone else who was left with a bad impression from a few years ago will give them another try. I think you will be just as shocked as I was! Two thumbs up for all the changes that have been made and I look forward to my next meal here.

Stopped in to satisfy my “breakfast for dinner” craving, and was completely satisfied. Brandi, my server, gave me the kind of top notch, home-hospitality service you seek from a quaint diner. You know the kind with familiar smiles and attentive customer service. And if that wasn’t enough to warrant a repeat visit, the Mexican in the kitchen can cook his @$$ off, pardon my French. How he got the eggs in my omelette that fluffy is nothing short of kitchen sorcery. Well done. Keep up the good work, you can guarantee I’ll be back for more!

I seen a lot of bad reviews i think
about a year and a half ago and They was totally wrong!! I’ve been there 3 times in the last week and the food is always great, service is great and everything is super clean!!! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

WOW I can’t believe how busy this place was and 5 people running the show. But not one customer was ignored. I believe the lady in charge name was Brandy she runs the place like a well oiled machine. Would like to note I had a very large carryout order so it took a minute.

One-Star Review: Frustrating DoorDash Experience
I’m writing this review specifically about the Huddle House DoorDash service. It’s incredibly frustrating that this location seems to have a policy of not starting DoorDash orders until they’ve caught up on the dine-in business. This creates a terrible situation for everyone involved.
For the Huddle House, you’re losing money and future business by making DoorDash customers wait. People choose delivery for convenience, and when their orders are delayed, they’ll simply go elsewhere next time. For delivery drivers, this is a huge problem. Our income is tied directly to how many deliveries we can complete, and waiting 20-30 minutes for an order to even be started is a major hit to our earnings.
This policy isn’t just an inconvenience; it’s a deliberate delay that hurts the business’s reputation and disrespects the time of the drivers who are trying to help you serve your customers. I hope management reconsiders this approach and starts treating all orders with the same priority.
