Very frustrating experience at this Wendy’s drive-thru. The location seemed very understaffed, I was asked to park and wait for chicken nuggets, they forgot the sauce, and I had to get back in the drive-thru line again. Total time for a simple order was about 30 minutes. I also saw an employee hitting the drive-thru lane with a metal tray at the window, which looked like they might be trying to manipulate the drive-thru time sensors to get a better score.

The main reason I go to this location is because it’s almost always empty. That is good because I don’t like to wait but there’s a reason for it. Some employees who have been there a very long time for some reason have issues and they take it out on customers. Some are just very unprofessional. When it comes to the food I can get a fair amount of food for a low price. But for example today my fries were cold and mushy. My sandwich was made very sloppy. And it seems they didn’t cook my chicken nuggets long enough. They have the new style digital soda machine but half the choices weren’t even available. The attitude is that they’re doing you a favor working there instead of treating you like a value customer.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve been to! I waited 10 mins to have my order taken, the manager was there was lecturing a guy training and it seemed as if he was thrown out to the wolves. The manager was very rude to him, belittling him in front of customers. Even after I told her it was my mistake she continued to take it out on him (over a buffalo sauce) He did get my coffee order wrong but of course I understand and didn’t complain, he looked so lost without guidance. The manager had “Jessie” on her badge, she’s an older woman with black hair. There was only one woman there who did what she could to make it right her name tag said “kelly” she’s the only one who was kind. The chicken nuggets didn’t look cooked all the way, the meat in my burger was pink, the fries looked old and soggy… I wish I would have walked out after being ignored the first 5 mins. Corporate needs to do something about it.

1st of January and my first impression of this Wendy’s is a cashier being extremely rude for no reason. It’s a shame you have to work on a holiday. But please allow other people not to be miserable like you. Horrible food. Fries were cold. How a place that sells fries and burgers can missed on fries SMH.

I just left this wendy’s location and honestly i am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the AI ordering system. Customizing your order is frustrating and the AI will sometimes misunderstand you, not to mention it’s taking over quite a simple job that one of the workers could easily do.

There is a lady that works there that’s always passive aggressive. On top of that she’s pouring HOT BOILING WATER outside of the window on the drive thru lane… she does NOT care if the person in the car is waiting at the window. She will still pour HOT boiling water. At least tell the person what you are about to do, you can burn some one like that! Or wait until customers are gone or temporarily close the drive thru lane. People can get hurt easily and sue the company.

I go to the other Wendy’s. The environment is better.

I ordered a brownie ice cream through the drive-thru and they made go around twice. It took them forever to give me just one ice cream, and the syrup tasted off, it was icy and basically tasted like straight sugar.

I give a 3 stars just because today Sunday .. just now I was here in the drive thru since 10:02pm and it’s 10:32 and they are finally giving me my order (I don’t have it yet, but soon cause I’m by the window) .. but imagine almost 30 min
