Horrid service, from the drive thru ordering to having to go back into the restaurant to get items they forgot to add. The manager shouldn’t be a manager, she didn’t apologize, couldn’t speak for herself one of the employees in front of her taunted me while practically telling me, I was wrong.. The Manager, was just standing there while the guy gave me the fork and sour cream I was asking for that was part of the salad I ordered. The staff was laughing as if it was funny to question a paying customer.. let’s not forget pricey fast food. Wendy’s corporate needs to fix the staff disrespect towards customers. By the way worst Wendy’s in all Kendall area yuck!! the food we ordered was disgusting. I rather go to McDonalds and pay the prices there. Last time coming here. beware, bad service and nasty cold food.

Overall similar as others Wendy’s, but the number of flies in the restaurant was incredible, commented thet to the manager and said, “Yes really a lot”, didn’t seem to care much. I live near this place, if I go again and that scenario repeat I will never go back.

Went via drive-thru yesterday after work and I got a 4 for $4 with a chocolate frosty upgrade. Service was fast. My order was correct. And the employees I dealt with were extremely nice and professional. Highly recommend! I don’t know if I was that hungry, but the food tasted glorious!

The tables were wet with cleaning spray but not being cleaned. This lady chuckled while my friend cleaned them. It is not bring your child to work day. But the kid was there taking orders in drove thru. The manager was on the phone in drive thru and watching another employee’s phone. Stood there waiting to be helped for a few minutes while this all took place.

Horrible ordered nuggets they where super hard the fries where burned and hard as well wasted 16 dollars to not be able to eat nothing. The only good things where the drinks. I ordered beacon cheese burger and fries, after telling the manager please give me fresh fries. The drive thru stills give me reheated fries and cold dry hamburger with dried up beacon. I have ordered from this location in the past the time before the fries was overheated and this time the entire order was disgusting. I reported this location to corporate office and they did nothing. People who work as regional directors I bet are getting hush money not to report what is going on. Stay away from this location and spend your money at McDonalds in the crossings.
