My husband and I get the potatoes quite a bit. Sometimes we eat there and sometimes we do takeout. They have always been excellent in the past but I have had 2 potatoes in the past 2 months that have not been made right. My husband ordered jalapeños on his and didn’t get them. They had put them on mine and had obviously realized their mistake and took them off before my husband picked up the potatoes. Mine had some spice left behind from the jalapeños which I didn’t care for.
Tonight I ordered the southern fried potato and there was no bacon on it. I called the restaurant and the man I talked to on the phone didn’t even offer to make it right. He just said they were supposed to be on it. I guess we are going to have to check the order next time before we leave the restaurant. I still recommend them to others because their food is wonderful. I’m not going to let a couple mistakes stop going there. I will just double check my pick up orders.

My burger was good until I bit into it & it wasn’t fully cooked (some pink on the insd
inside). I was super hungry so I just ate around the sides of the burger. I made my server aware of the pink…she told me she would make the cook aware to watch the temperature when cooking burgers & brought me a cookie. Yikes. Other than that

This was one of the other restaurants we ate at in Tomball Texas. The food was good but I was very disappointed in the serving sizes. My wife and I usually share a dinner item. So we ordered chicken and beef fajita nachos. The cost was $ 15.99 when they brought it out it was in a very small paper tray. The size of what you might get a small order of fries in. I felt like we got ripped off.

This is second time I have ever been here. I will never be back. I asked for extra fixings and I even explained to the person on the phone this happened the first time I went!
I called the restaurant and explained everything that happened, no fixings, a lot of burnt and fatty pieces and they tried to turn it around and blame us!! So you gave a crappy potato to someone for explaining to you that someone messed up the order the last time?
They expect you to pay for the to go order over the phone so they can “start the order”.

Came here on a whim saw one photo and was sold I needed to try it for myself , walking up there’s a beautiful walnut tree the atmosphere was amazing the esthetic was beautiful and the vibes were amazing. The long list of delicious option took a minute to soak in to see what my belly wanted and I ended with the grilled chicken loaded tater my girlfriend went for the brisket and lucky me I got to try hers ! Both options flooded my tastebuds with flavor and not only that I’m assuming one of the Owners was walking around , she added amazing energy and hospitality and even gave us a free cookie to try , this place really felt homey and they took care of us, if your in the area it’s a must visit !

I had an ATW bacon burger with chili bacon fries and my wife had the taco salad. The burger’s toppings were fresh – as if pulled from a garden outside. The patti was cooked to perfection and the temperature was just right. The buns were charred and buttered. The staff was very friendly and the place is clean.
The burger felt… plain. Nothing to call home about… nothing that sets it apart from other burgers.

Really cute place. I ordered the buffalo chicken potato and my husband got the barbecue cheddar burger. The potato was very filling and full of flavor. The burger was good but the bun was soggy due to the barbecue and onions. Next time I’ll get that on the side. I’ll be back to try another kind of potato.

Came in on Saturday Feb. 6th, & this is my third time here. I’ve always thought it was a little pricey, but the atmosphere and service were always good..
This time I talked this place up to a friend who was super excited to try it because we’re both potato people.. unfortunately we were both extremely disappointed with the price and the food!! Everything was priced individually, even the potatoes alone were insanely priced, and trust me, we would know! Lol
The potatoes seemed like they were two days old and reheated, and the buffalo fries hardly had any meat or ranch on them..
Her and I both being kind people and not wanting to disappoint one another we kept our opinions to ourselves til we got in the car. We both started feeling super sick and couldn’t hold our indigestion to ourselves any longer, we both got home and felt sick for hours after!!
Yes, we should have said something when we were there.. yes we should have gone back but we live 45mins away and made the drive just to go here.. so we did not return. I attempted to call 3 times today with no option to leave a message so now I’m leaving a review.

Great hamburger and the fried chicken potatoe was something I’d never seen before. Will be trying to the other combos as soon as I can get back! Saturday night was really quiet, must have been the weather, but I’m surprised this place wasn’t packed anyhow.
