I had a disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location tonight around 11:54 PM in the drive-thru. I was ordering food with my dad, and while our order was being packed, one of the male employees loudly said, “What’s up with these people ordering this much food at 12 AM.”
It was unprofessional and uncomfortable to hear a worker complain about customers while we were literally right there at the window. Everyone is entitled to order food regardless of the time, especially from a restaurant that is open late.
I chose not to react in the moment, but I think it’s important management knows that comments like that make customers feel unwelcome. I hope this location reminds their staff to treat customers with basic respect and professionalism.

With the amount of money if they charge you for a meal, they have the audacity to charge you for a barbecue sauce packet $.50. Telling me that only chicken nugget meals get one free sauce.. I’ve been to this place a few times and I’ve never had this happen. Just another reason to stop supporting Wendy’s. The cashier attending me looked like she was miserable. she messed up my order completely.

I don’t like being told “wait a little longer” and having to wait almost 15 minutes for my order when I go to work. It’s horrible. That’s why I should just switch to McDonald’s or the Burger King across the street.

I ordered through Uber Eats, and they sent stale food and forgot my salad. This only seems to happen with delivery orders, because in person they’d be held accountable.

so what this one does when you pull up to the drive-through window there’s a timer that Wendy’s corporate Setup to make sure that their food is put out in a reasonable time hence the term fast food at this Wendy’s they figured a way a bypass it to make the manager look good they take your money then they make you move up to wait for the food or park and I’ll bring it out to you They do this in order for the timer to show that a customer got their food and under two minutes when in reality you end up waiting 10 to 15 minutes for your food this is called beat the system. And this is a textbook example of why this country is going to complete ruins
