I would describe the situation lack of training. Big opportunity on this store: made an online order, and for some reason, it did not appear on their screen. I showed the “Manager” the phone with the paid order, and she said that until it doesn’t appear on the screen, she could not give me my breakfast order. I even offered her my phone to take a screenshot of the order to justify any issues, and she declined. Then she told me to move the car because the “clock was ticking”???? What about my time waste? Please teach them to think out of the box!! By the way… no lettuce in the restaurant? Really, can someone go to any of the 20 different places where they sell lettuce and buy a couple, while the truck comes in; it takes the same time it takes to write and post signs everywhere. Think out of the box, no one will ever get fired for helping out a Customer and not creating a bad review/impression.

I speak fluent Spanish and English, but was surprised the staff didn’t seem to know any English. I ordered Baconator Fries — the cheese wasn’t melted, the fries were soggy and stale, and they didn’t have the extra cheese I asked for. When I politely mentioned it, the response felt disrespectful, insisting they had extra cheese, even though that wasn’t the only problem with the fries. They did replace them with fresh fries after a few minutes, which were fine.

I always like the food that Wendy’s has. The burgers are really good for fast food. They also have really good chili. I also really like the baked potato. The service is also really good. I haven’t had any problems with the service. If you get the app they have really good deals. The deals are always a lot less and you get a lot more. You also get rewards.

The women that work there are so nice. I pulled up at 1025 to get my burger she said it will be 5 minutes. She brought it out to me with a big smile. How nice! And it was good! Not sloppy. I work out there once in a while. I’ll be back.

Consistent quality, usually forgets to put straws in the bag, but never any pushback when you ask for something at the window. Once they gave me a single instead of a double and offered to replace my whole meal, no questions asked. I didn’t claim it, but that was great customer service. The staff is generally quite friendly and polite, too.
