Staff were extremely rude. We ordered one of the new large freezes and apparently they come in a small cup ♀️ asked about the sizing and they acted like we were stupid for asking, even though we’ve gotten large freezes before and they come in an actual large size cup. Definitely made the Taco Bell experience a little more disappointing.

This is the third time that I have order off of the taco bell app for delivery and every single time there is always something missing out of my order this is the third time I let it slide the first time but I am really hungry and tired and when I wait almost a hour for only half of my food to show up is ridiculous. It seems like some people need to be trained extra harder before you have them sending out doordash food with only half of their items. Just called them not that long after I got my food and was going to explain what happened and they yelled through the phone and hung up on me if this is really how you treat people then you really don’t belong working in high level stress work environment if you can’t handle it.

Revising my review.A joke, even for fast food, and I promise it is everything but fast. This place isn’t worth it even if they gave the food away. I waited an hour stuck in line for practically meatless food that cost over $40. After 7 years of living here I’ve watched this stores customer service and food quality do nothing but decline. From the employees openly telling me they hate being there while handing out food at the drive thru, to the amount of beef in my tacos being so minimal is almost vegan. Today was the last straw and I’ll drive in to branson from now on, tourist traffic is worth it to actually get my food.

This evening we drove through the drive through for our meal. Paid for our order was told they could not give us a receipt. We then looked at our food once we returned home and part of our order was missing. I drove the 10 minutes back and the younger closing manager looked at me like I was an idiot for coming back and asking them. Next is what they gave me for the replacement. 3 shriveled up chicken wings and 2 nuggets that show signs that the oil is burnt and who knows when it was replaced last if that’s acceptable to the 2 managers on duty. No one was wearing there badges so I was not able to get anyone’s name or confirm if the person I was speaking to was a manager. She told me that the general would be in on Tuesday and that there was no way that they could get a hold of her or give me the information on how to reach her. I requested a refund and was only able to recoup half my money for this horrible experience. Managers that want to roll their eyes at a reasonable customer and did not even want to come over and speak to me. No apologies and no care.

My order of one $5 box took half an hour. They claimed they were “busy”- probably because they dont make food. No food was being served, and the drive-thru was at a standstill. Additionally, I gave them a “free taco” coupon that they accepted and promised would be on the order. There was no taco with my box order, and the employee I gave my coupon to was nowhere to be found. With no proof of coupon and no hope of ordering again without waiting 30+ minutes, I trudged home with my cold, soggy, taco-less box.
Finally, the staff screaming at eachother and hurling epithets did not benefit the overall atmosphere. 0/10 do not recommend.

Sat in drive through line for over 30 minutes when they wasn’t even busy. Also learned anytime I order from this location to always look to see what is missing because it never fails they leave something out. This place needs new management.

i ordered 6 crunchy tacos when i got my order there was only 5. and they wanted to charge me over 20.00. the advertise price was $1.99 each. everyone was so broken I have to eat them with a spoon. The service at the hollister mo. store sucks big time. I will not return to this store and I will share this complaint on my FB page and every local page I can find. Tried charging me $21.00 for 6 tacos.

The cashier who was working tonight in the drive-thru needs a training of food handling. She don’t know or have common sense about she can’t touch food with her fingers after handling money. When she was trying to close the lid of my baja blast freeze that she overfilled, she got wet her fingers with my drink pressing it mutiples times. When I told her to change my drink she got annoyed and at the end she closed the window on my face. Employee was rude and unhygienic.
