I went by the drive thru and place my order for a Salad, 4 Chicken Tender meals, a Large Chili. Well the order was paid they gave me the salad, drinks and three out of four boxes for the chicken tenders. So I was missing all my fries and a box of chicken tenders. I decided to go inside because the dressing I ask for prior was the wrong one they gave me. I told the lady that to please give me ranch dressing and that they also gave me part of my order. She said she would give it to me ASAP. So I am standing there with my husband waiting for almost 10 min and they are giving people that came after me food and they were given chicken tenders as well. We saw one person taking the orders and preparing the drinks, the other was a lady frying all the food and there is another lady and guy just standing there not doing anything just talking. If you see your coworker struggling with getting food out the door step in and help. When we finally got the rest of our order. We saw the line and there was about 6 cars waiting in line. Wendy’s should step up and train your worker’s that when the line is backup to step in and help. If you want to sit and wait and then get half of your food and then wait 10 more min or more to get the other half be free to go but I will not go until they make changes.

I don’t usually complain about food, but I went to this Wendy’s today for breakfast through the drive-thru and got my food in a timely manner. The issue, though, my food was so hard. Like I could hardly bite on the sandwich. It was so dry and so hard I only took one bite and the other sandwich was the same. I am even uploading a picture so you can see how burnt and dry this looks.

AWFULLLLLLL SERVICE!!!!! first of all whoever the young man taking our order in the drive thru was needs to slow down. Idc how busy you are, and mind you there was wasn’t many cars in the drive thru. He cut me off every sentence to tell me to pull forward….. mind you I am halfway through my order. I asked him to repeat it multiple times back to me and he didn’t even specify my customizations. It’s really not that hard to do such a simple task. I’m just upset because after all that, the order was still wrong…. and also we got 1 sauce for everything we ordered.. Do not go to this location until the employees can be trained appropriately.

Excellent service! Jake was very professional and courteous. He took the time to wipe my coffee cup clean, labeled all the bags with the number of the order, and most important of all, he was polite and took pride in his work. He made sure to tell me which of the coffees had cream and what the numbers on the bags meant (meal numbers so I know what food item was inside the bag). Great job!

Just decided to go to breakfast and try the new biscuit sandwiches and were very surprised. Do not normally go to the fast food burger places. Enjoyed it quite a bit. Had all of the sandwiches and the coffee was surprisingly good. The biggest surprise was that everyone spoke English. Thanks!

Late night munchies so I brought my family here visiting from Chile we live right down the road literally we got home our burgers cold, fries were old they forgot our order of nuggets and I had to return only to find out we were missing nuggets They have the ac blasting! it HAS to be below 60 degrees! in there I don’t know why they have the ac so low. I was freezing waiting for my food. I called back talked to manager he recognized my voice and repeated my order back which was fine but I told him about our food he said he put those fries in fresh for us and that can’t be true. They were chewy. I had to throw almost all our food away I wasn’t going back a third time I could’nt let my family eat that. The only good thing was our frostys. It was very clean and neat inside I’ve never been to this one before tho I probably will never eat there this late again ever.

I thought when you earned points thru the app and when you want to redeem a reward from earning points it meant it was free of charge just like the McDonald apps and BK app. The manager was starting to get rude and all i had to drive away. Wow so the rewards aren’t rewards since you still gotta pay.

I bought several breakfast items to go around 9am this morning at this location, since the one near FIU is being renovated. Usually Wendy’s has good food quality, however, most of what I ordered today was just tge opposite. The breakfast potatoes were hard as a rock, tasted stale, as if leftover from the previous day. The bread of the Baconator was equally as stale. The Cinnabon was as hard as a rock and also appeared to have been leftover from the previous day. The maple chicken biscuit was underwhelming, too, even the Coke was flat. I was too far away to return to complain in person. I won’t be returning, that’s for sure!
