I got a plain vanilla milkshake the cashier in the front was having a attitude they said they ain’t taking my order than she did and she said she made it special when I drank it there’s was black stuff in it and looked dirty and nasty. It was around 9pm

I have to update my last review. I thought this was a different DQ. This one is excellent, however the one near Centerville, Pa is the review I left previously such as… Nice and clean. They serve the smallest cones ever. Their medium is like all the others small.

This is a great DQ. The staff were so helpful and nice to talk to. One even recognized that my son had Great Wolf Lodge ears on and she talked to him about that trip!

Good food, but you cant call this gravy. In the past the gravy was great, but today it was about as thick as water, tasted that way as well. Definitely not up to their standards.

I ordered garlic parm chicken and got regular chicken tenders. Every time I come through the drive through there is a wide short women with glasses. She has a major attitude issue and has no customer service skills. I’ve worked in fast food before and understand how difficult it can be WHEN BUSY. This place is never busy and sucks every single time I try to give it another chance. It’s very upsetting. I’m spending money on what I order. No one wants to spend money on something they didn’t order. It’d be nice if management actually put work into the place and their team.

Not once BUT 3 times they messed up our food here, got 4 large drinks they gave us 2 large and 2 medium they messed up one of the burgers. gave us 2 medium fries and not large fries when we asked for it.

Pulling in I saw a pretty big line, but it moved quickly. We went through the line, got our food and it was exactly what we ordered. So they can move through a line with accuracy! Good luck at McDs with that lol. Food was hot & fresh too. Only negative was I asked if I could add onions to my burger- just cheese and onion. I’ve only been to Diary Queen a few times, wasn’t sure if they did Onions on burgers. The lady said yeah… it was like a full ring/circle of an onion, 2 big circles on my burger not what I was expecting. I should have inquired more, so I don’t blame them for that. Otherwise the food and service was perfect! The lady/cashier/order taker was patient with us, as I said we haven’t been there but once or twice before, so we were looking over items,, asking what kinds of dips and sides they had. We never really lived by a Diary Queen before, and always forget they’re in town. Highly impressed with them so far, and now my new favorite “fast food” type place!

Love coming here for their ice cream and food, they have a few workers that I personally have issues with. But that is no fault of the restaurant. My husband loves the ice cream cakes, always have to get him one for his birthday.
