Came in and ate here while my car was charging out back at the chargers. I will never buy an EV but I will definitely buy another Dave’s double burger combo. That is for sure.

The food from this store wasn’t bad. The drive through experience was rather quick and was easy. The only thing I would say is that the worker had headphones in and asked me to repeat myself a lot. We got our food to go. I got a spicy chicken sandwich which was tasty. Then we got a grilled chicken sandwich, and chicken nuggets. These two were also good and had a decent taste. We all got combos and the fires that were inside each order were very cold and stale. And lastly for dessert we each got a frosty which is good like always. Overall 7/10

The young man at the register was super rude. He acted as though he was being inconvenienced by simply being asked to do his job. He slammed the drink cup on the counter. When I told him the credit card machine was not working after I had tried tapping and inserting the card, he told me in a very rude manner that I had to insert the card. He reset it and instead of tapping it I inserted the card and he said, “see, it works.” If the tapping feature was not working, all he had to say was that it wasn’t working. I asked him for some sweet and sour sauce for my nuggets and he gave me sweet spicy sauce. At this point I’d left the restaurant when I noticed and didn’t want to go back and deal with him. WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD AT A WENDY’S! I don’t think I’ll be visiting them ever again.

Today we ate at this restaurant.We order three combos.We spend over forty dollars in food. When we asked for barbecue sauce, they told us it was 50 cents each.
We went to the soda machine to get our drinks and guess what?No ice in ice machine. This is not a great way to run a business ,charging A customer fifty cents for each barbecue sauce.But you turn around to go get some.Ice at the ice machine is not working.
Not a smart way to run a business. We are not coming back to this restaurant.

The go to place for those with kids and do not want the M fast food chain. This location was updated with the newer decore and tables. Staff was friendly but as with other locations in Miami, be patient with the staff as english might not be the primary language.

Food quality was on par with the chain and is the reason we keep coming back to Wendy’s for a quick bite on the road. Salads were fresh and well loaded up to keep up the quality.

I ordered a Single combo with no cheese and time I don’t check is when I get with cheese . Happens all the time. Fries and burger were soggy and sloppy. It is was like if I ordered a Sloppy Joe burger instead of a burger .
I rarely go to this location maybe like 1 or 2 times in a month or over a few months and the service is ok but the food is not so great.
It was like not what I wanted 🙁
They have fresh burgers when you order and it takes a while but if you get your order fast it is usually not the freshest one.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I am appalled by the poor quality of service at this location. When I realized my large fries were halfway filled, I asked for a couple more to be thrown in there just to be met by Diana (an employee/manager?) who raised her voice at me and spoke to me in a nasty tone about how the container was filled but it’s not her fault that some fell out. I attached a picture showing the container that she supposedly filled with more fries, but is once again pretty empty. It’s sad to see how the customer service at this location has declined so much. Hopefully they can offer more employee training.

I was greeted by a kind young man with blonde hair who had amazing customer service and when I asked him to add some items to my order I had forgotten at the window he was happy to help, rarely do I ever come across customer service workers who greet customers with kindness and a great attitude and my entire order was correct and the food was very fresh

After purchasing a $14 combo they refused to provide 1 packet of sauce for my fries unless I paid for it. Its petty but it’s the principal. Any other place they give you a handful. Smh

Worst experience ever on a Sunday @ 4pm guy at drive threw never came back to take orders literally said hold on I waited 10mins at a drive thru nothing when I pull out kid playing. Talking to his friends holding up line!!! Awful!!
