The absolute worst Wendy’s in the world! You guys are messing up Wendy’s reputation! I’m not sure why you guys would serve people burgers with hard bread and cold meat and cold french fries! This coffee is awful. I requested more milk and less caffeine. I realize she charged me for a large quantity, but I didn’t ask for it. If you guys wanted money, you should have done precisely what I asked for, and perhaps I could have left you a tip. This tastes like watered-down coffee that has been sitting there for hours

This visit reaffirmed why I haven’t been to Wendy’s in 10 years. The pretty photos of food is never the same as what you get. Not expecting much service wise, but greeting and may be a little quicker would’ve been nice. Was raining out and restaurant leaking water from ceiling. AC not working well, super humid wish caused condensation/slippery floor. One employee working register and bagging food. Ordered the fish sandwich. Looked amazing on the photo but what I received was an imposter. Maybe I shouldn’t expect much? Be back in 10 years to try again. Two photos. One of what you think you’re getting and the other of the actual product. I think they need to change the fry oil.

Ordered on DoorDash, I ordered a 4for4 and an additional 10 pc nuggets. No nuggets got sent. Only a cold sandwich, half drunken drink, and cold fries. They gave me a huge bag just for it not much to be in it. Although it’s not all on Wendy’s, I called to see if they can refund my money since I door dashed it through the Wendy’s app and they are saying I have to wait around 12 business days to get my refund and they also refused to resend my correct order after waiting a hour. You’re better off eating at a local Arby’s. Actually sad

we sat here behind another vehicle at the window for over 10 min just to get to the window to be given hard as rock, completely burnt fries, not once but twice. the second set of fries were even more burnt. 3rd tome aroundz a disgruntled employee came out to delivery me more burnt fries. horrible experience. THEY DIDN’T EVEN GIVE ME MY SPRITE. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

I went through the drive-thru and I ordered a Biggie Bag with a Chocolate Carmel Swirl Frosty, not a difficult order. The order taker had trouble undestanding what I wanted. There was only one window open that did payments and delivery. The team member handed me my drink and bag. She was not very friendly. When she handed me the frosty it did not look right. I asked where the caramel was. She took it back and came back almost instantly and handed me what looked like the same frosty. Still no visible caramel. She said it was there, it was just mixed in. I told her that’s not the way they were usually made. She looked annoyed but offered to remake it. She told me that was the way it was done at their location. Actually, it looked like it was the original one she had made me and she just handed it back. They must have been understaffed. First World problem, but, it did not show very good customer service.
