I just came back from visiting home in NY.. I was loving my iced coffee the time I was there to come here and have iced coffee with no flavor. They should retrain staff to make these drinks better. I’ve tried to give the staff the benefit after waiting half hr for two drinks and to top it off they didn’t have butter or straws .

I had gave it a 3 before, but it’s definitely a 1 star now. Rude employees, slow service. I’ve waiting for over 20 minutes now, haven’t been acknowledged yet. Seems like their drive thru is their priority.

I always order the same thing which is my iced matcha latte with 6 pumps of blueberry and cold foam, they always get it on the spot. Love the customer service and I give props to the person that makes my drinks majority of the time ❗️.

Don’t waste your time going here. Worst customer service. They don’t even apologize for their mistakes. I am a frequent customer and I have been disappointed at least 5 times. Management is terrible and they are constantly sold out on most of their products. Why doesn’t the manager order food accordingly… Not only did they call me to tell me they had no english muffins. They said they would be replacing it with a croissant and STILL sent me a BURNT Inedible english muffin. Why call to tell me you don’t have them and send out something this terrible. It’s ridiculous. Mind you I am at work receiving it through Doordash. So in hopes to get a hold of the manager but I call the store many times and No one answers..

Disappointed that this location doesn’t fill up the cups all the way to the top. I ordered two Large Iced Coffees but instead received a Medium Plus. The excuse? The young female manager stated that because it has no ice they CANT fill the cup. BUT even when I have ordered with ice they still give me cups filled this way. Except today I had to say something because it was a bit excessive.

Decor was cute and eating area is clean. I got an iced chai with oat milk and it tasted soapy for some reason so I ended up tossing it. Food and service was subpar. Solid 2/10

They never have anything made. The point of being open is to make sure you have you donuts actually ready for people to order not sit around not doing anything or preparing the food you are suppose to have available

Been craving a chocolate frosted cake donut for some time now, but no Dunkin Donut where I live. Just so happens that today, I was in the area so had to stop by to satisfy my craving. Super long line of about 10 cars. Parked to go in, but doors were closed. Had to wait in line. Nobody likes to wait that long! HOWEVER, once I bit into that donut I’d been craving, the wait was totally worth it!!

They are very rude! I’ve ordered here 3xs already. If I just ask for a little creamer or anything in my drink. They give a lot of attitude. I love Dunkin but they make me not want to go back. 🙁 poor customer service.
