This morning I came to this location due to the food usually being fresh. My fries was burned and this is the second time. Last week I had the same issue. Please stop giving customers burned fries when we are in a rush just for us to realize after driving off. This is a quick breakfast for some of us to get to work just to be wasting money. This issue could’ve been avoided if you clearly made another batch and informed the customer. That’s customer service!!

Nighttime drive thru worker is rude, sounds like he doesn’t want to be there at all, I give grace maybe he’s having a bad day but can’t be a coincidence every-time I’m there he’s having a bad night. The attitude is completely uncalled for. He made a mistake on my order I corrected him and he sighed so loud and got even ruder and yelled (second window). He needs more training.

I used to enjoy coming to this location. The staff used to be super nice and food was always consistent. They recently had a change in staff the new guy for the night shift is extremely rude. It always sounds like he never wants to be here every single time I come. I get off work around 1 AM so this is usually one of the only options open around that time if I’m hungry. I find myself avoiding this location altogether because of how blatantly rude this man is. He will refuse to make certain food that takes more work like baconator fries and just say it’s unavailable when they have everything to make it he just doesn’t want to. I’ll ask for spicy nuggets and confirm that I ordered spicy nuggets just to come home and see regular nuggets in my order. And it’s always the same guy too, so I can’t even come in on certain days to avoid him. If you guys are gonna fire the best staff you had in my personal opinion at least fire this guy who’s blatantly disrespecting customers you can’t order more than one thing before he asks “anything else” extremely condescendingly. And God forbid you actually do want something else and he has to do his job.

Came by on a Sunday night for a late meal…Was greeted at the drive thru speaker with ” Just letting you know , we dont have any fries! ” I proceeded to ask a question about a substitution. Then was interrupted and told to place my order at the 2nd window. No Greeting, apologies, no Sir, I felt like I was the burden. Yet my son has been applying aimlessly for a job for months and these are the people working like they are entitled. After I placed an order. I was given 2 options on nuggets…come to find out only one was available after paying. I tend to only place good reviews. Something really has to bother me to go down this path.

The chances of them getting your order right is microscopic. Especially in the morning. It seems to be the shifts because in the morning, I order #9 large, then I get small everything, I get large drink, small everything, and a combination of everything else. But a 100% of the time, I’m handed my food with NO GLOVES and you see the rest of them working without gloves. I don’t care if the ones at night make less mistakes. Right now, it’s mistakes 100% of the time.

Check your order. Sneakily kept my change, no receipt, cold fries and missing food items. Ordered a #1 double, med. and 6pce nuggets. Went back and was treated like I was the problem. Guess window drive through worker never thought I would turn around and come back after getting all the way home. She was wrong.

The price for Wendy’s is standard for every store but this one charges extra. For example a biggie bag jr bacon cheeseburger is $5 plus tax (5.35 total) everywhere but here they charge $6 plus tax (total of 6.42). They should follow the price of other stores

This is around 8:39 pm.
I get to the window ,I pick up my order and look in the bag realizing that it’s one sauce in both bags , asked for another one he said he can’t.
I thought he was kidding so I repeated myself to which he said that he only has 4 ghost pepper ranch to last the entire week,so now am confused not only because it’s Friday night but why are you telling me your inventory.
I said I want to purchase the sauce,he says again no,am like why can’t you let me purchase the sauce,he tells me to get another sauce and Ofcourse he is being saucy while he says it.
I didn’t know that you can’t purchase certain sauce and are only allowed one sauce per order.
Long rant but I haven’t patronized that spot in so long and the moment I decided to give them a chance,yup

There this older black guy inside of the wendys, he said he is the manager and he is so disrespectful and rude and he has to worst attitude. All of my family and friends say the same thing, even a guy inside the wendy’s said it.
