Terrible customer service, I ordered 2 things and only got one, i ordered 2 piece kids chicken tenders with fries and didn’t get it and i noticed when i was home. Also the young lady with grey black hair is rude didn’t bother to give us straws and when asked for ketchup she was ignoring.

On 11/21/25 approximately around 4:10pm I came through the drive through and I ordered a Dave’s double, I must say this was the best Dave’s double I have had at Wendy’s , I just wanna say who ever made that burger needs a raise asap, nothing but pure love was put into this burger.

This Wendy’s needs an audit. The computerized order system was OK, but some things needed to be explained in person, but once arriving at counter, the girls have very limited English. the Nuggets had wet substance on them and the sauce was spoiled the ranch sauce was yellow and curdled and old.

Everything about this Wendy’s experience was horrible. I stopped by on my way going home after work. It’s 11pm and I thought this would be a quick stop, however I lied to myself. I waited so long to even order. I repeated my order 3 times. Once I ordered, staff acted confused as if they were stalling while the order was prepared. I paid and asked for a receipt. That was another waiting period. I waited for a staff members signal for me to pull up. When I received my order, and my receipt my order was wrong, the bacon on my fries and my nuggets almost broke my teeth because it was so hard. Only thing that was correct was the sauce I requested. Next time I’ll just pass go and collect $200 or eat a bowl of cereal.

Asked for a biggie bag with a Double stack (fresh) and this is what I get. When I returned it, they were already standing at the register talking to their friends telling them that what I saw was chicken. No apologies no nothing.
