Spicy chicken sandwich used to be my go to. Got it tonight & it was absolutely disgusting. It looked more like a large chicken nugget rather than a sandwich. It was so tough that I couldn’t even bite through it. That’s right, couldn’t even bite through it. Just gross.

Ended up throwing it in the trash after trying to take 2 bites. They also changed the recipe so now it’s sloppy, messy shredded lettuce. $13 order when it looks like you ordered from a $1 value menu. Complete waste of money. Won’t be back

Absolutely appalled by the management at this Wendy’s location.

My family placed a DoorDash order that took nearly an hour to arrive. When the driver finally showed up, he apologized and explained the restaurant was chaotic, with frustrated customers leaving and staff refusing to fix problems.

When we unpacked our order, multiple items were missing—meals, drinks, sauces—you name it. I called the restaurant immediately. The first person hung up on me. The second call connected me to Michelle, who claimed to be the manager.

What happened next was shocking:
• She yelled over me the moment I began explaining the issue.
• Repeatedly insisted it was a “DoorDash problem,” refusing to take any responsibility.
• Told me to “shut my mouth” before hanging up.
• Refused to answer any further calls.

This is not just bad customer service—it’s hostile, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a manager. Managers are supposed to listen, solve problems, and represent the company professionally, not speak to paying customers like this.

I am urging Wendy’s corporate leadership to take immediate action. Someone who treats customers this way has no place in management. Proper accountability—disciplinary action, demotion, or termination—is absolutely warranted.

Customers deserve respect. This manager showed none. Consider this a warning to anyone thinking of ordering from this location

This Wendy’s literally sucks lmfao… Food came thrown in the bag. I placed a mobile order for pickup and my frostys were both melted. I asked for them to be remade and I was rudely told no… not to mention one of the frostys wasn’t even the kind that I ordered. I got cookies and cream instead of Oreo chocolate brownie. Just greedy and dirty ‍♀️

Born and raised in the area, I’ve always come to this Wendy’s for lunch, so this was especially disappointing.

I asked for my bacon cheeseburger to be made fresh because every time I come here the buns are hard. Despite that request, the service went downhill. I wasn’t given any napkins, my drink was forgotten, and when I asked for a cup of ranch I was told it would be extra in a dismissive manner. I said never mind and drove off, only to realize I wasn’t given a receipt either.

The entire interaction felt careless and unprofessional. I’ve been a long-time customer, but this experience left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. This location really needs to improve its consistency and customer service.

The nuggets are the smallest things I’ve ever seen. The lettuce is shredded and tastes like it was grown in a lab and the fries have no flavor. The proclaimed “quality of the nuggets in getting it from a smaller chicken” is non-existent. The purpose of the sauce is to cover up the thought of it being fast food. It this isnt a 5 star Michelin restaurant, its fast food start… acting like it. Stop with the corporate bs and feed me like im broke and hungry.

Went to the location today 1/9/26 ordered the #7 the baconatter. It was gross, the lettuce was brown the onion not crisp and literally one piece of bacon cut in half. My fries were cold, no straw for my drink. Also bought a medium frosty of course no spoon. This meal was over $17 and the cashier had no ones to make change so I got a handful of quarters.

Tonight (10/29/25) around 10:30pm and after being in ER for six hours, my family was hungry and requested to go here; she ordered a #3, I originally said I would eat the leftovers I had from the night before; however, I said ok let me get some chicken nuggets. Well, I asked for the six piece nuggets and asked for honey mustard and sweet and sour sauce. Unbeknownst to me, I was told by the drive through guy, I would have to pay fifty cents for the second sauce . So I told him to cancel the nuggets order. When went to pay for my family order, I ask the guy at check out window for the manager. The manager was the worse example of a manager, he had a attitude when he came to talk to me, I explained to him, I wanted two different sauce for my nuggets well, he said while pointing to the little sign outside of the drive “it clearly says here you have to pay for another sauce” then he had the nerves to roll his eyes and shut the drive thru window. I have never been so mad at the rude treatment received. Determined to get me some chicken nuggets, I went to a well respected establishment McDonald’s and guess what, they gladly gave me two sauces sweet and sour honey mustard NO QUESTION ASKED for my six piece chicken nuggets. Trust this was last time I will go to this bum place. As for the so-called manager, read take the customer service training again.

I see there’s some pretty crummy reviews for this location but anytime I’ve gone here ….. which due to my health I shouldn’t even have fast food at all, but that being said…..every time I want some Wendys I choose to go to this location and the service has been quick, I have no complaints whatsoever about what I’ve ordered and the people at the drive-through are always very cheerful and nice!
