Staff is great. Food quality is great. After 1001 perfect orders… our burgers tasted extra salty for some reason today and they replaced it without hesitating. Friendly, service focused, pleasant atmosphere every time.

Went to get dinner, wendys is what everyone choose. Went inside since it was a big order for 9 people 6 adults and 3 kids. To take home. Order 6 biggie bags 2 special order, 2 happy meals, and a double stack w/bake potatoe. Ordering wasn’t the problem. Getting the food and making sure it was right. Was the issue. I should have gotten 9 bags of food since it was too. Instead the happy meals were separate and the sandwhich w/potatoe was in 1 bag. All the other biggie bags where put into 1 bag for burgers 1 bag for fries and nuggets. As we went to separate on the counter to make sure it was right so we could find the special sandwiches which weren’t marked. A sandwich maker on the line looked up and said everything is right. We made sure. But not in a pleaseant way. That’s good and all but first I was only talking to the cashier. Who seemed like it was her first day. All orders go in in their own bag so its easier on people when they order and pick up the food. Not a bad restaurant just needs better managing for night shift.

My husband and I were hungry after work and needed a quick bite. Wendy’s was on the way home and we stopped for 2 chicken ranch wraps, large fries, and large chocolate Frosty. Total was about $19. Kinda pricey for the amount, but we haven’t eaten at Wendy’s in awhile so the higher pricing was expected. Large Frosty was smaller than I remember it being so now I know next time to just wait to go home and eat an ice cream pint instead of getting mildly disappointed with the sizing of things. Customer service was great – the people were friendly and accommodating. I’d go back here for something other than ice cream if I was hankering for fast food.

They could not fill a simple order! You have to ask for everything! Including napkins and ketchup. They asked me what type of sauce I would like for my chicken nuggets and I told them and then I never got any sauce!? The french fries were cold and should have been thrown out and not sold to me. This was the first time I’ve been here and the last. I did talk to the manager before I posted this and he claims he’s going to fix it so that it will not happen again. Unfortunately you’re dealing with a bunch of kids here. I recommend McDonald’s up the street.

I ordered the Wendy’s Wednesday meal deal and was very satisfied with the value and flavor. Mine came with 10 chicken nuggets, fries and a chocolate cherry frosty. I ordered a medium and felt a little slighted on the fries, the container was only a little over half full. You can also get 4 mystery sauces. Three are spicy, one is sweet. I liked the dark purple one (Sorry I don’t know the name, they are mystery, hence the ? on the lid). It has some spice some sweetness. If you like cherry this Frosty is the best. It comes with a cherry flavored syrup drizzle. It has a really good cherry flavor. Be sure to mix it in your frosty. Sometimes they add the syrup first and it ends up in the bottom of the drink. I prefer the chocolate shake but they do have vanilla also. I actually went back the same week (craveable) and got the Wednesday meal with their chili cheese fries. Delicious! I would absolutely recommend this meal, try it while it lasts.

We had just enough time to swing into our local Wendy’s, to grab two quick drinks. Before having to grab our kids from school. Order a 2 drinks on the mobile app. Sat in the drive thru & after 5mins of it not moving. Backed up & went inside. Watched the cashier struggle with getting ice put into 2 cups for the customers in front of me. I explained I had a order on the app. After giving them the info. Cashier couldn’t figure it out.So she asked the manager. The manger asked if I clicked the right store. Theres only 1 Wendy’s in Keystone I say. Had to have my wife screen shot the order & then wait again for the slow customer service of the person they took after me. End result we were right & a 2-5 min experience. Turned into a 20 min ordeal. And made us late.

For the price you pay it is unacceptable to be served old and cold food period. I don’t care how busy you are there is no excuse to serve people food that you’ve had in a warmer for hours my chicken was rock hard and my fries were cold and stale.
