This morning at like 11:16 we have always come and loved Wendy’s but there was a lady with pink extensions in her braids that was beyond rude for absolutely no reason. No greeting no hello just a rude “pull around”. When we tried to ask a question met with an eye and rudeness. We loved this Wendy’s and treat the workers like family especially the woman we affectionately call “boss lady.” Not sure what happened today but this particular worker was beyond rude.

This has got to be the best Wendy’s restaurant in the nation!! The employees are so super accommodating & friendly. I changed my fries to a baked potato at the window. The woman cheerfully took care of me. The food was delicious. Drive thru was quick. Our last 3 trips here were wonderful and we highly recommend this restaurant at this location.

The breakfast sandwich was fresh and tasted as you’d expect for fast food. The problem was the male employee smoking weed out by the menu board. I don’t enjoy getting a car full of disgusting skunk smell while trying to place my order. You could even smell it coming out of the restaurant window at the drive-thru pickup area from another employee. Barely 9am. Employees aren’t allowed to drink and get drunk at work, so why so many think it is OK to smoke and get high at work is truly baffling.
Just a side note for the service indistry in general..the AI order taking system is also off putting and an unnecessary “upgrade”. Maybe if employees were more engaged with customers, tasked with taking orders again for example, they’d feel like they matter and also have less time to spend getting baked while hiding out in the drive thru.

I went to the Cape Canaveral Wendy’s on Saturday 12/13, after ordering through their new computerized drive thru, I got to the window and the lady messed up my drink order. I told her it was wrong and she had a major attitude about it.
I believe her name is “Tara”
The manager fixed the issue as Tara still continued to be unprofessional with poor customer service.
She then told me to pull up and had me wait for my food, she left me sitting there until I physically had to park my car and walk inside for it.
She then, didn’t know I was standing at the counter and was laughing and talking about how I left without my food.
I will never go back to this Wendy’s again after being treated so poorly.
Tara cant even figure out how to make a drink order and be professional as an employee of a fast food restaurant.

Dine-In was already open when I arrived at 7:30 am Sunday. Ordered via the Wendy’s app to save everybody time. Excellent quality and service. Highly recommend. No weekend breakfast crowds and lines like nearby McDonald’s.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and this was the best one I have ever had from a Wendy’s. It was hot, juicy, and very tasty! They used a different bun than I’m used to(a potato bun), and that was very good as well. It wasn’t just some boring hamburger bun like what the Wendy’s around me use.
Wish I didn’t live on the other side of the state, or I’d come back to this location!

I have not been to this Wendy’s. In years and boy do I remember why literally got into a argument with the manager? She calls herself Gina evidently. This Asian woman does not understand English. Got into a knock down, drag out argument over what I wanted. I haven’t argued like that with anybody. And God knows how long crappy experience you should have got rid of this one with t. Remodel.

Trash filled to the top Customer tried to make staff aware but they retaliated with attitude. Cashier was having a bad day and lashed out on customers. One burger was made wrong but didn’t want to complain with their rudeness. If I ever come back to cocoa beach I won’t be coming back here!
