Waited in line for 20 min. Workers were very nice and efficient. But then my son got the completely wrong order. Ordered nuggets, frosty, and fries, got double bacon burger x2 which he won’t eat so now we’re on a plane and he’s hungry ☹️ May be better not to bag everything in the back and pass it through people, seems like the game of telephone happened to us.

Food was fresh, hot, and made to order. Flavorful and inviting. Wait times were surprisingly reasonable even during peak hours. Staff were more or less friendly. The only downside was the limited seating, but overall a good option for an airport meal.

Lunch at this location starts after 11am despite the website and app suggesting earlier. Today it wasn’t until 11:06am, when a long line had formed with people waiting since 10:50.
The prices here are higher than average, and the staff up charges as aggressively as possible.
Unfortunately it’s the only mainstream quick service restaurant in the terminal. If there was another option, I’d eat there.

I arrived at 705 in the morning and was told they had no English muffins, which eliminates a third of the menu, then they were out of ketchup and had no idea of where I might find any. Further, the sandwich was cold when I did receive my food. This may be the worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had, even at an airport. Yes, I understand it is fast food, but ai also understand the premium they are charging for it and I think some basic expectations are not overboard here.

I ate at the Orlando Airport (MCO)Wendy’s tonight and was a bit disappointed overall. When I went up to order, I was told there were only chicken sandwiches available tonight to order, no hamburgers. Seriously, where’s the beef? I know things can happen Beyond people‘s control, but strong Customer service can Go a long way.
I ordered a classic chicken combo. The lettuce on the sandwich was wilty and brown. I would’ve preferred not to have any lettuce than the letters that was on my sandwich.

have come to this Wendy’s man times in the past and was never impressed, today was different. Cashier (tall+glasses) was awesome, knew what was on everything and double checked to make sure it was what we wanted , had a smile on his face and was very happy to be helping us. We received out food very quickly from a very friendly man with black curly hair and black shirt. 5/5, food was grest

Customer Service at an airport is always lacking to say the least.
Today was an exception. With as busy as the line was, Schenayah made it a point to smile after she greater me. I immediately knew that she cared about the work she did and reciprocated by asking how her day was.
She was attentive and made sure my special order was taken correctly. She then thanked me for my visit and wished me a good flight.
The food was right on. Fresh and prepared as I asked

To whom it may concern,
This is the worst service I have ever received, I’m severely disappointed in the customer service I received. The manager’s attitude sucked when customers were having issues with the cash register and payments, She blatantly ignored them. while ordering my food, with a different cashier, she seemed like she did not understand what I was ordering. We asked for a water bottle twice, and she looked to me to explain twice and still ignored us. The food was burnt & barely edible. Although the food was Warm and seem to have been freshly made, the Cinnabon was very hard and did not pull apart. The sandwich was completely burnt at the top.

was a tiny wait for food, understandable for a busy day but what was not understandable in the slightest of any sense was watching the older man in the back with a hat constantly cough and sneeze either into his hands or directly onto the grill was disgusting. It’s the season of sickness right now and to watch so many people eat burgers from here knowing what was on them made me sick to my stomach, would NOT eat here due to obvious safety and sanitary issues ……
