For some reason they keep jot putting ketchup and mayo on my burger when its supoosed to have some. You ask to have it on instead they throw ketchup in the bag. This has now happened 3 times in a row and when u try to call an confirm your order they dont answer. I dont like dry burgers. Make it correctly

I ordered 2 $8 meals, they were out of fries, and those burgers DEFINITELY had been made for hours, the buns were hard and the ingredients were disgusting. It’s sad the quality of fast food that once was so delicious is now NO GOOD.

I ordered a vanilla cold brew, homey buddy chicken and and egg n cheese biscuit at 9:24 AM on Nov 9 2025 and had severe food poisoning 5 hrs later. I didn’t eat before or after. It was so bad I started convulsing and only gotten better after emptying out 7 times. For the love of God, do not touch this place.

I had a bug crawl out of my apple pecan salad just as I was about to take my first bite. I was completely grossed out!!! So I threw the whole thing in the garbage. I called the store, but no one answered. I contacted Wendys customer service. They responded quickly. I never heard from the store manager like I was told I would. I was then told I would hear from the district manager. Again, I heard nothing. I guess they don’t care about customer service.

Are you out of lettuce? None of my sandwiches had lettuce and they all should have had lettuce. I place the order with the app so I know the order is correct. I don’t think it’s too much to ask to have the order made correctly. The people are always nice but my food is always wrong.

Since y’all switched to AI ordering, everything has gone downhill. Our orders are never correct now. There is no way to correct the order. It is the worst customer service experience ever. Also the food seems to have gone downhill as well. Fries aren’t as crispy. There used to be several middle aged women that worked the window that were an absolute delight. Miss them and absolutely DESPISE the AI.

People who eat here have no manners. Employees are nice but not trained to spot dirty tables and clean ASAP. Someone got a hair on their sandwich. This is also a spot for homeless. Just do drive thru.

The tall gentleman up front was really nice! He got my order fast. The manager/supervisor in charge was a little questionable. He looked at me indifferently after I asked the gentleman for another cup I had accidentally broken, and filled with a drink. Shout-out to that gentleman who helped me.
