Slow, always slow. Damien is the only employee that seems to care and is running around. The rest look like they hate life. AC was off so store was hot and humid, took 20 minutes to fill 4 orders inside. Fries and nuggets were cold but couldn’t waste time for “fresher” food.. right after lunch rush

This place is terrible! Simple order they asked us to pull forward it would be 6min well 27min later I had to go in and wait 10min before we could talk to anyone. No one(manager)could be polite enough to come say sorry for the wait to everyone waiting in the lobby. Over all get a NEW STAFF that’s not incompetent and can do a basic job

i was literally robbed from the cashier dont ever go here the total was 4.13 i gave her exact amount and she told me it was a dollar short Chante ripped me off for a dollar i can imagine how many people a night she does this too. and heres the best part the manager told me to call in the morning for the store manager. i talked to him and like they all say i will call you back. that never happened i even called corporate and was told i would hear back from a manager in a couple days its been a week. its not the fact of it being just a dollar but my wife counted it i counted it and Chante ripped me off i will never eat at this slumhole again

Beware the drive through order taker! We ordered two regular meals – which is the only thing they got right – but also a “Junior Baconator with small fries and a CHOCOLATE frosty”… “Vanilla frosty?” the man said, making us repeat the order not just once but twice.
We got our meal and made it all the way home before realizing that not only were we missing the Junior Baconator + small fries and he had STILL given us a vanilla frosty.
I admit I should have checked it as soon as he gave it to us but after saying it loudly and clearly into the intercom THREE TIMES time I was certain he would have got it right.
I’m giving 3 stars, instead of 1, because when we returned to demand they complete our order there were several staff members that were very apologetic and willing to help us out.

Last resort for food in this area. Every time I’ve been, they’ve managed to screw up an order, and typically the entire front line falls apart whenever they have multiple orders… cue about 6 employees looking confused and trying to figure out what food goes in what bag as the line just grows.

This place is terrible they always get your order wrong and they take forever cause they to busy talking to each other i went there with a friend they had us waiting for 16 minutes they were not even doing anything they were talking and serving drive through they need to hire better staff or the boss needs to put his foot down and get those girls working more work less talking
