I don’t normally do reviews but this bothered me a bit, I asked for 2 plain spicy chickens with only extra mayonnaise (I also specifically asked for no pickles). I get what looks like deluxe with a singular tomato & another with pickles lettuce & what looks like ketchup?
They weren’t even on a rush we were the only ones at the drive through.
All I wanted to say is, Wendy’s you can do better :/
I’m only giving 2 stars rather than 1 cus the lady in drive thru was very nice

I had an incredible experience at the drive-thru today thanks to Christian. It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered this level of genuine sincerity in customer service. He wasn’t just going through the motions; he was truly kind and professional, which made my day so much better. Wendy’s is lucky to have him. Keep doing you, Christian!

This Wendy’s is awesome, the food is always fresh (from my experience) and the staff is great and friendly. Francis in particular is an amazing worker, and has great customer service! Always making sure her customers are taken care of! If she’s not promoted to a manager soon, this place is missing out!

I told the African lady we are pork allergic and when I pay my order, which is $42
I drove to my home six minutes away. I find she add bacon to my order. I tried to call them nine times no one respond. I drove back to them and she was very rude. They replaced my order when I take the order and drive my home. I find the order. It was a small my first order it was fake they very bad. I’m not recommended. Don’t waste your time on money and they not use the gloves. She was put her fingers in my cub that’s so disgusting.

came on 2/17 at 9:30-ish pm. i ordered a medium biggie meal, and didnt realize medium was an upcharge so i asked to just get small fries instead at the window. the lady at the window sticks her hands into my already made biggie bag and pulls out multiple fries to make sure i dont get a medium, then hands me the bag. i hope she gets paid enough to do that because that felt entirely malicious, even if she was trying to ‘downsize’ my fries, that’s not a professional way to do it at all. i also asked for pickles and onions on my burger and got neither of those, and my cup of lemonade was filled to the top with all ice, two sips and it was gone. whoever was working felt like they hated every customer coming in. this is insane behavior when the biggie bag got increased $2 more too. no more wendys

I don’t know what’s going on with them, but they jack up simple orders and forget to include things that were ordered and paid for. Today, the neglected to give me my baked potato and I had to turn around for that. Got home, no drinks or sauce in the kid’s meal bags. YOU MUST CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU PULL AWAY.

We miss you, Dave.
Once a step above all other fast-food restaurants, Wendy’s has become a place I genuinely dread. The quality is so consistently disappointing that it feels like the company has lost its way since Dave Thomas passed away.
My biggest frustrations lie with the food itself. The chicken sandwiches, which used to be one the best in the business, now have the texture and taste of a big chicken nugget on a bun. No matter how many times they reinvent it, the result is always worse. And the fries are simply baffling—how can something that looks like a fresh-cut potato be so flavorless, without even a hint of being a fried potato?
The modern experience is just as frustrating. The Freestyle fountain machine is a chaotic bottleneck after you order. It never seems to taste correct, is often out of popular flavors, and creates a traffic jam with confused older customers and “mad scientist kids” who hold up the line experimenting with every combination. It’s truly disappointing to remember the quality of my youth and see how far Wendy’s has fallen.
