We were seated immediately. Our server was great. She was also the bartender at the bar, but that didn’t affect her ability to serve us. She was sweet and attentive. She made sure to check on us without being overly intrusive. She seemed to know just the right amount of time between check-ins. Her knowledge of the food was so helpful. My daughter ordered a new burger, and the sauce would have been poured over the bun. This was great news to have as my daughter hadn’t realized that when she ordered it. She asked for the sauce to be on the side. Had she not jumped ahead and told us that. My daughter’s food would have been ruined. Great place!!!! We were also able to pay at the table or play the server.

I want to give a Shout Out to Red Robin at Deptford Mall. We ordered the Veterans Day special and it was the BEST Burger I ever had in any restaurant….after I told our server Al (also awesome!) the Kitchen Manager Justin came to our table. He was so nice and appreciative and gave us Thank You cards for our military service—signed by the staff.
There’s so much negativity in our country right now it was a pleasure to see Red Robin and it’s staff get it right.

The food was awesome! This was first time at Red Robin and the drinks and the burgers didn’t disappoint me at all. These service was a little slow but I sat by the bar area so that may have made a difference. The server was friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back.

Horrible horrible service usually it’s a great experience here but there were literally maybe 3 other people sitting at the bar and 2 of the tables occupied at the time in the bar area while I was here and the bartender didn’t even ask me if I wanted a food menu until I asked for one myself didn’t check on me to see how my food was. I asked for no pink on my burger and there was pink on it and the sweet potato fries were cold both times but overall I am really hoping I didn’t hear her correctly earlier when she mentioned to a coworker about her switching over to management

It has been years since I have been to a Red Robin’s but we were at the mall and decided to stay and find somewhere to eat. We all enjoyed our food. Burgers are great and the kids loved the endless fries. The garlic fries are amazaballs and my grilled chicken was very moist. My only complaint is the service. My waitress had a very large section and was just swamped so refills were slow. We got boxes for leftovers but a bag wasn’t given. I had to ask the hostess for it as I was walking out the door. We will definitely be back. This is a good option for a kid friendly family meal out.

The food over all was decent…I would just recommend to tell the customers that not all deserts are meant for “to go”…I don’t remember the name of the desert that I got… but by the time I got home and opened the box this is what I found

Food was delicious. I was a “1st timer” so received free order of fries & a free dessert! Destiny was our server…she was excellent, always checking on us & was awesome with my autistic niece. Looking forward to our next visit!

For a quick burger at a decent price you can’t beat this place. The Big Yummm deal gets you a drink entree and side for $10-16 depending on what you like on your burger. The service is almost always top notch. We’ve only been disappointed by our server once.
