Ordered a salad to the Mobile app, I went to pick it up sat in the drive-through forever. I don’t know why it takes them so long just to prepare a salad After it was ordered online and given a specific time for it to be ready. Really bothered at how long it takes them to get food ready they make you pull up to the door for you to sit there and wait which seems like ETERNITY. I get home with my salad and I’m pissed not only is there hard rock pieces of grilled chicken but they give me expired croutons. So it looks like I’ll be skipping dinner tonight! This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to!

I’m not sure what’s going on with this Wendy’s lately, but the customer service has been terrible. You spend so much money on these high prices, and the least they could do is give you good service. It’s crazy that they always make you pull into a parking spot to wait for your order, and the food isn’t even fresh!
When I used to work at Wendy’s, we weren’t allowed to make customers park. The whole point of fast food is to get your order quickly. It’s not “slow food.” I waited in the drive-thru line for five minutes, only to be told to park at the window. Then, it was another 10 to 15 minutes before they brought my food out. And to make it worse, my order wasn’t even complete.
At these prices, you’d be better off going to a sit-down restaurant, where you’d probably get faster and better service. This is just ridiculous.

When I pulled up to the window the person at the window was sitting there chatting with a coworker, drinking sodas. They took my card and put it in the machine. And they went back to drinking sodas meanwhile, I’m sitting there staring at them while my card is beeping more than 20 times probably and they’re still sitting there talking about the soda they’re drinking. Horrible customer service basically pretended as if I was not even there. I understand it’s a night shift but sitting there while my card is going off beeping and still carrying on your conversation IS UNBELIEVABLE

I went here to get food for me and my daughter, and there was literally a rat that almost jumped on me not one but three of them running around outside and the inside of the store I will never eat here again

Stopped by here with my three co-workers. We were on the clock and had to hurry up. Went through the drive-thru and told them we had three separate orders and we were told that they can only do two orders through drive-thru and we’d have to drive around. Even though we were in a time crunch we did it. Then the guy hands us our food through the door and says here’s order number one. So I gave that to my friend cuz she ordered first then here’s number two and that was supposed to be mine which it was switched around. He gave us the wrong orders and they didn’t even have salt packets. I don’t know. I’ve had way better experience at Wendy’s in other locations

Just went in to explain to a lady manager, name not given about how we were charged 2 Sunday’s ago for a spicy chicken sandwich and it wasn’t in our order. I had shredded my receipt, so I had no proof, my bad I suppose, and after taking time from my lunch today, stopping in person to explain the situation, thr least they could do was comp the sandwich for customer service, but no she was not willing to help, I explained to her, this mistake you guys provided, wouldn’t make it right, was a big waste of my time!

Tell ya what go find me another combo meal for under 10 bucks better than this place 5,6, and 7 dollar biggie bag combos and ill eat there from now on. Great fresh beef in their burgers and better than average fries too, plus check out the new frosty they are actually pretty amazing. Good job on the addition to the menu guys keep those frosty machines working though, ok?

Day crew is great. Night is atrocious. Ben going there over a year & at night (7-9) every time is about 30 min wait, even if ordered online & every time order is screwed up. They usually get it right on the 3rd try (easy order, biggie bag) & app doesn’t have or is hard to find to leave a complaint or request refund for food screwed up

Went thru drive thru the food was COLD. I ordered a few 5 for 4s. It was Ice cold . I asked if I could get it hot they had me sitting in drive thru for over 15 mins. I just drove from Louisiana we were all tired and just wanted food.

I went through the drive through and made two separate orders. Everything was put in one bag and I was given no straws for my drinks. I had to ask for soda carrier. When I addressed this to the cashier in the window, he told me to have a good day.
