Yeah, this is absolutely not the best experience at a Wendy’s. Every time I have to get breakfast over here I cringe because it’s a mind numbing experience, it takes longer than it should absolute zero customer service lots of confusion at the drive-through I came in today to get a combo chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink, and the chicken sandwich was so messy, I’m trying to figure out how hard it is to make a decent chicken sandwich. If you try to complain the manager act like she can’t hear you. So only chose this today because I needed to make a quick lunch break, but I’m wondering if this was worth it. Not the best place for a great food.

Placed an order on 3/8/26, and almost every item had issues. 2x orders of cheese fries had bacon added to them. Forgot 3 piece chicken tenders. 2 stars because the food that was prepared properly was good

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. Walked into the bathroom before my meal. It was so disgustingly dirty that I didn’t want to touch the faucet let alone do my business. And they expect you to think kitchen would be clean or that your food would be. I wish took photos just for this review. It was the dirtiest bathroom I’ve seen in my life and I’m 50. Managment should be fired on the spot and their franchise license should be pulled.

Good afternoon my name is David moonilal I am leaving this for review based on my experience I had with Wendy’s last night I stopped at your store around 9:00 p.m. and I spent around $27 when I asked for my sauce I was told the owner of the store requested that we have to pay 50 cents for each source I said how do I eat my fries without ketchup or barbecue sauce well unfortunately there’s nothing we can do I reached out to the corporate office and they assured me that we do not have to pay for sauces for our meal each order comes with one sauce and any additional sauce then you would have to pay for it so I think your employees in the store really has no clue or no understanding of this new policy maybe somebody needs to have a meeting with them and let them know because I eat Wendy’s everyday for lunch and most nights for dinner and it really bothered me a lot I offer it to return my food to the person at the window but then I felt bad because I know somehow somebody’s going to get yelled at and I didn’t want that inconvenience for anyone so I just decided to have my food without any sauce hope this message finds the right person so they can coach their staffThank you

I went to Wendy’s pulled up to the drive-thru and the guy comes over the speaker and instead of saying good evening or hello. Just says cash or card. The whole experience was the worst experience I’ve ever had at the Wendy’s and I like Wendy’s cuz they have a good burgers when we get home. We realize we have no food like we’re missing two whole meals. It was just a mes worst experience ever and then I called the restaurant and theyv acted like they didn’t even care. Did not even care. Just poor service and I probably will never go back to this Wendy’s again

Just average. Nothing special they had a new girl working in there and it was very obvious because she was very slow but she was trying. The staff seem to be more into talking to each other than they were into helping her with putting in the orders.
Updated 10/13/24 ordered a baconator… got home 2 slices of bacon when it was supposed to be 6. Called to report and was hung up on and did not answer after multiple attempts. 14.55 for a combo that was incorrect.

I went back to this location today at 6:07 p.m. I spoke to someone and I gave them a synopsis of the issue that I had yesterday. Assuming that no one took my name down which was mentioned to me during the call that I placed the night before the staff seem to not know what was going on. All four staff members on staff came to the window to speak to me and was giving me the third degree as if I was lying so I was forced to show them pictures of the meal that I received the day before. They also gave me attitude again as if I was lying and the staff members were all Hispanic I mentioned to them that I had no reason to lie about the meal that I paid $14.55 for the meal that I received the day before and that I did place of a phone call to what was supposed to be or identified as a manager. They mentioned to me that I was supposed to bring the burger back which I mentioned to them that was not mentioned to me when I made the phone call and they said why did I come to the drive-thru I was supposed to come in and I told him I have a baby in the car and I didn’t want to come to come inside. So after the third degree in the back and forth I was eventually given the burger by a female staff member who kind of just slang it to me and halfway close the window in my face as I was still speaking I asked her if she was there the night before she said no she wasn’t and they were very very very very very very rude and I am not appreciative of how they treated me based on product that they don’t pay for out of their own pockets. Where is the customer service

The food is never fresh. The people always have attitudes you can tell this is a family franchise because they all work together and then when you go to return the item to get an exchange, they have a nasty attitude. I would not recommend or suggest this Wendy’s to anybody. They got my last $12 that we ever get.

May 2025 – I got to experience my husband’s and grandson’s enjoyable Wendy’s after-school outing. My grandson wanted to dine in, I was tired and wanted to just go home. I am so glad I didn’t. Bernard was amazing with my grandson as he knew exactly what he wanted, and he knew what my husband wanted! The food was great, the dining room was very pleasant and clean. We just had such a nice time.
Update May 2024 – decided to give Wendy’s another try. It was better the staff was definitely more attentive and the food was okay. Update my husband and Grandson go here after school every day because the gentleman that works in the afternoon is so attentive to my grandson that he really enjoys visiting this Wendy’s.
