Wendy’s on Nine Mile Road is a mixed bag. The staff is generally decent and polite, so I do appreciate the service when it’s on point. However, the food quality is consistently subpar. Every time I go, the food is cold—whether it’s a burger, fries, or nuggets. It’s not outright terrible, but it’s consistently disappointing. I only stop by because at least the staff treats customers with courtesy. Without an improvement in food temperature and quality, though, it’s hard to justify it beyond convenience

This was so sub par. I got up to the counter and everyone just sat there and looked at me as if I was going to take my own order. when someone finally came up, they told someone else to take my order. At least the service was fast, but being ignored does not ring any bells for me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

GREAT SERVICE!!!! For nearly 2 years I have been eating Lunch at this location 3-4 times a week, every employee from the front counter to the food prep does an outstanding job of getting my orders right, food made correctly, and fresh hot food in my hands quickly, The Manager and her assistant managers keep things moving which allow me to get my food and enjoy my lunch hour away from my work!!!! A big KUDOS to the whole crew on jobs well done and Thank You!!!!!

I asked for no bacon on my sandwich. I got bacon. My boyfriend asked for extra pickle. Not one in sight. He’s bread was very stale. And I asked for everything but bacon on my potato. Just cheese. No one made eye contact and barely spoke to me. We can do better guys we are from the south.
