Chew On This
Unfortunately made Another trip to the one star Wendy’s just to get a simple chicken Parmesan Caesar salad for my dinner. Got it just after 5pm (prime dinner hour right)? My salad was 80% lettuce that had turned pink and brown and should not have been given to a customer.
Aside from still not being friendly at the window (I had hoped this would have improved) the food is just below average. I hope this review prompts positive changes at this location.
I know I could easily just go to the one on Davis (4 miles away) but this location HAS to improve.

Customer service does not exist and the Wendy’s in Sacred Heart Hospital! Most of the workers including supervisors/managers are extremely unprofessional, unfriendly and rude! There is maybe one that is decent out of them all. They should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves considering this is a HOSPITAL! People come in that are already going through a hard time or workers come in exhausted and the last thing they want is horrible service and rude people to deal with! This Wendy’s need to hire new workers and managers! Not to mention they show just how much they do not want to be at work! Then leave and give me a better server! This isn’t just a ONE time thing. I work in the hospital and every time I come in it’s like this!

When I had came into Wendy’s I saw employees with WIRED earbuds walking around the fryers and I’m assuming someone’s teenager in pajamas back there walking back and forth. I had order a medium brownie batter swirl and received a small. It was whatever at first, they didn’t offer to fix it. So I just took it. A couple hours later I went back and got another one but received it wrong again, it’s supposed to be a chocolate swirl not a vanilla. I gave up. It’s also really dirty looking in the kitchen.

I’m not sure what her name is but she was the night manager running the drive through nasty nasty attitude if she can’t do no better than that she needs to find another field because customer service ain’t one of them .

Employees swearing constantly in the lobby behind the counter. One
Of the employees teenage sibling are in their and she walking from behind the counter to feed them bites of their sub and give them food. I can see being in need but this isn’t that these young adults are taking advantage stage of the system and evidently have no respect for their manager as he was chastising them for sitting in the lobby eating subway when customer are in the store and in line. The swearing in a public setting in general is rude but incessant swearing in a Hospital in front of a 3 year old wearing spidy jamas grinds my gears. Thoroughly not impressed. And the customer service did not exist whatsoever

Went to drive thru, got baconator and a classic, both doubles with large fries and baconator fries. In both burgers, the meat was dry like they had been seating there for a while, and all the fries were dry as well. They looked like remnants from lunch hour

This is, by far, the best experience I have ever had at a Wendy’s. Every single staff member here was extremely friendly. The woman who was taking orders at the counters seemed to know the name of every single customer who came in behind me and was genuinely happy to see them. The food came out quick and my order was right, which it usually isn’t at other Wendy’s because I’m picky and modify my burgers a bit. I would gladly drive an extra ten minutes from my house to come to this Wendy’s versus the one that is closer.

There was barely any egg on the biscuit left. On the right I get full egg I ordered 4 biscuits and got 2 Eggs. Then I called and was forwarded twice to voicemail that is not set up. Not a great experience

I just went through drive through at the time of this review. With no one in the drive thru or in the restaurant they had me hold at the speaker. When they got to me I informed them I had a mobile order. When I pulled up to the window 2 girls were hiding on their phones presumably from the manager while I sat with my window open waiting to be acknowledged at their convenience. Nice to feel the cold contrast with my car heater while I stare at two employees on their phone. When one caught me staring, she finally handed me my bottle of water. Within a minute they handed me my food. Her face said it all. She’s not there to work, but to collect a paycheck and my disturbing her obviously completely annoyed her.
The food was hot and tasty. Their spicy chicken sandwich is usually pretty good.
