I ordered through DoorDash. I ordered the Fruity Pebbles Galore, pancakes version with beef sausage. I called asking if the platter came with eggs because the pictures showed eggs, meat, and a side of hashbrowns. I was told they did not come with eggs, so I ordered a side of eggs through DoorDash and not only typed in that I wanted them scrambled but also told the woman on the phone that I DID NOT want cheese. Imagine my surprise when I received my order and not only got eggs in my platter, but on the side as well. Wouldn’t have been an issue if BOTH eggs were not loaded with cheese. First of all, all eggs being cooked with cheese when not everyone likes cheese with their eggs is wild. Adding cheese should be an option. Secondly, it was a waste of time to communicate this to the front of house if she was unable to communicate that back of house. Busy or not, all customers, not just ones dining in, deserve correct and proper meals. Although I only specified “scrambled”, it’s not difficult to COMMUNICATE to make sure orders come out correct. Called to communicate my frustrations and who I’m assuming was the manager was very dismissive and unprofessional. Even if I have to contact DoorDash regarding the matter, there’s a way you conduct yourself.
It’s a shame because the pancakes were delicious and sausage was decent, but that experience just leaves a bad taste in your mouth to even eat the meal. Maybe in person would be better and they’d care more to execute correct meals because you’d be there in person.

Who’s to think this little spot has a loud taste! My mouth was doing all backfiips with every bite! I ordered the fish and grits and my husband had creamed chip beef….. And Babbbbyy!… The chef’s flavors are awesome, perfection at its finest,definitely knows how to combine those seasonings. Don’t sleep on this little spot on federal,believe me you won’t be disappointed

I’m so disappointed today. I’ve ordered from here at least 6 times and it’s always been great. Today it’s like it’s a different restaurant. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich with scrambled eggs on a brioche bun. It comes with cheese and I asked for “no cheese,” which is on my receipt. However, there is cheese all over my sandwich and I cannot eat it. I also asked for a side of spinach and instead it’s on the sandwich. I placed this order around 11 am and it arrived at 1245. Maybe they were very busy today, I don’t know. But I’m so disappointed. And hungry…

Ordering was easy, nice setting. Overpriced under quality. 2 platters were almost $70. I did not finish it, had to add salt and pepper to my breakfast potatoes. I absolutely do not like the menu options, very over priced for the quality of the food.

I asked for my egg fried over medium and they gave me a sunny side up egg in my breakfast sandwich with turkey sausage links…you can already picture how messy my sandwich got. I feel like if they weren’t sure then they should have called to make sure because that was not it.. on the phone they say it doesn’t come with a side so I ordered one, but when i got there they tried to give me two sides and charge me for it. My total here was $12 and I got the same exact breakfast around the corner for $7.50. Sandwich wasn’t nasty but not worth the amount.

I come in to pick up a doordash order, I was greeted but the front faces of this establishment needs to be better. Two women one Muslim and another were on their phones. The Muslim lady informed me to come up to her to grab the order then states can you confirm the order because we dont want the order to go missing. That was extremely rude. Please choose better faces for your company.
