I really appreciate whoever took my teenage daughter’s order completely ripping her off on 8/17/25. I sent her there for 3 $5 fill ups and 5 cheap hamburgers. They charged her $5.89 a piece for a Dave Single. You knew what you were doing. Now, I won’t ever come back.

Very nice counter people as always but terrible food! idk whats going on at this location but serving completely Cold burgers shouldnt be the norm, sorry! Do you want to eat cold fast food?? lol
Every time I come here, people are super nice.But seeing set of 6 customers are waiting at the counter and then I leave and walk around for 2 miles and come back and still the same customer’s lighting.It just happened three times I hate to be rude but it’s impossible for everyone to have to wait one hour from one meal every single time! You guys got improve somehow

This store SUCKS, every time I go here they never have the Taco salad, Never, this made the 5th time I’ve ordered and they did not have. And they never have the crunches for the caramel crunch

Came in today just a few mins ago and the MANAGER refused to honor boo book coupons that don’t expire until the 31st of this month and today is only the 10th! Don’t sell the coupons if u are not going to honor them! On top of that there’s always been issues at this location over the years so don’t believe the good reviews bc they can post their own reviews…this place is trash and this is the last time I eat at any Wendy’s bc on top of this issue anytime I’ve brought in the coupons THAT THEY SOLD TO ME, these peons ALWAYS roll their eyes and act like it’s a problem and I’m taking this issue to the bbb

Pulled up there at 11 PM tonight.When they said they were open to 12am The loudspeaker came on and said One moment please.Also we’re always doing doordash and online delivery orders. After about an hour and ten minutes when we decided to maybe They are not open.They came online and asked if we needed help.So yes we’re thinking of getting order and that’s when I said we’re only doing online and delivery orders. Well then why don’t they change The hours posted online because now I have A 8-year-old son.That’s cranky because he’s not getting the food that he wanted when it’s late at night and we haven’t had a chance to eat. He said he hates Wendy.’s he’ll never go there again

If possible this location is even worse. Waited in line to get food I already ordered for 15 mins only to be told they didn’t have what I ordered. They did not tell me when I ordered so I can leave right away. Total waste of time! And I have tried to order a baked potato from this location a few times and they never have it. Why is it hard to get a baked potato. I hate this Wendy’s.
Drive thru line was very very slow. I saw at least 5 cars leave. Took me 30 minutes to order and 2 minutes to try this cookie frosty. I wouldn’t have waited but it was a break out of the house from quarantine.

By far the slowest Wendy’s. I try to avoid coming to this location because its always so slow even when no cars are at the drive-thru. I told myself I would make a review while driving up if they took long this time around, and sure enough, I ordered at 6:56pm with 3 cars in front of me received my order at 7:19pm thats 23 minutes. being a prior employee of Wendy’s when I was young I know the ins and outs. This place is under staffed and mismanaged. Im in line for over 20 min most times im here, and have been here before with the same wait times with only 4 cars waiting. There is rules and ways in place for the employees to work more efficiently and you can tell there is no regard for the rules to make things flow smother. This is by far the worst Wendy’s!!! to bad its the closest to my house. By the way trying to close early they tend to post this to avoid customers from ordering. Not the first time I roll by and see these signs

This Wendy’s has the best customer service, I was serviced by Latara . She was really nice and friendly.she double checked and made sure everything I ordered was in the bag . I highly recommend this Wendy’s !!!!!!!!!

Nastiest Wendy’s we’ve ever visited. Tried to tell the manager in a nice way that her restaurant was way below acceptable and was met with aggressive and threatening hostility . She sarcastically asked me if she should stop serving customers and address it herself. I told her that would be het first responsibility! I will never bring my family into another Wendy’s without first inspecting it myself. Manager said her name was Katie or KT. Not sure because she hid her name from view and tried to block me from taking pics of her nasty restaurant. Disgusting!
