I notice numerous 1 star ratings for this restaurant location. It seems quality is not their concern when you receive rotten food. This is appalling, and unacceptable. These sliced apples smell very bad. I phoned the manager to inform him of my problem, he got mad instead of understanding. I mentioned I would review, he said to me, “you do that”. I was shocked, as this is about food safety.

Clean, fast, and delicious chili. The entire staff was polite and helpful. We’ve been here many times and always had good experiences at this Wendy’s ⭐
Oh, and unlike Burger King, this Wendy’s doesn’t cater to drive-through and ignore dine-in customers who make efforts to get off their butts to go inside, (and also reduce air pollution).
The music selection is… not good, however. They should play jazz or classical instead.

Make sure you don’t pull away until you check your food and got exactly what you ordered. I ordered two baconators. One with just ketchup and mustard and the other standard. I got two burgers with everything on it. Loaded with lettuce, onions, tomatoes and pickles. NO BACON. One had NO CHEESE as well. How do you sell a baconator without bacon in it? CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU PULL AWAY! It was already to late by the time I got to eat it to notice it, to do anything about it.

CONSISTENTLY cannot get their signature menu item correct. I only ever order a BACONATOR from wendy’s, but time and time again they give you something else. Don’t leave the parking lot unless you’re sure they gave you the right food. You would think I would learn by now, but I would think WENDYS knows what I mean when I order a BACONATOR.

Why are the frosty-ccino large cups so small ? Is it me or is everyone making smaller cups these days ? A lager cup would be nice and the fries aren’t the same as they used to be anymore. I think maybe I’m gonna be leaving fast food alone for a while but Wendy’s was the only place open during Hurricane Nicole to grab something to eat around me so + points for that.

You can literally stand in front of the counter and employees will ignore you like you have the plague. I left because it is obvious thatvthey do not need my money or my business. People! Acknowledge your customers when they are in front of your counter!!! Is that hard?

Came in, my son and I waited 7 minutes before one of the 4 people working finally said we will be with you in a minute. Cashier finally took our order with a blatant attitude. Our breakfast came out with out the potato wedges it was supposed to come with. We finished our sandwiches and 10 minutes later still no wedges. Breakfast sandwiches themselves are absolutely terrible tasting and not worth the money one bit. I get it, it’s “fast” food(even though I’m still waiting on my food as I write this, 13 minutes now and we are the only ones in here.) but still, there should be some sort of standard for decency and customer service. I don’t know why I came to Wendy’s in the first place, Burger King and Arby’s are way superior. Guess it’s my own fault and I’m just venting

You get a 30 minute lunch and place a mobile order a head of time thinking your good to go….i have 3 minutes left now. Been here for over 15 minutes for one meal. Absolutely insane!!
