Slow service. Did not start our online order until we got there. Pick up was supposed to be at 1 pm, we arrived at 1.05. Gave us spicy chicken nuggets, which we did not order. Had to check the bags as they missed some items.

The food and service here are always good. Their best point for me is that their fries are ALWAYS HOT!! No other fast food place in St Augustine can consistently say that every time their fries are hot! Dad’s burger and his strawberry shake were good also.

We went through the drive-through and waited about 10 mins to let them know we had a mobile order. Then we waited an additional 25 mins to get our food which was a simple salad the person at the window should have had a hairnet on instead of just the small hat and when we asked for an extra salad dressing the guy gave us a dirty look because we wanted an extra one. It just seems like we always have to wait so much longer for stuff at this Wendy’s and it seems the staff don’t care about the guests they are always are joking around standing around and it’s just all the time and they are always super slow 24/7 it seems like.

i never write reviews but this whole experience made me feel like i had to. but my GOD that was the slowest drive thru experience ever. everyone was moving slower than molasses when the line was wrapped around the building. there was a girl just standing there when she could’ve been doing the drinks or packing the bags. do they pay you to just stand there and flirt with your coworker? who let a bunch of high schoolers run this establishment

The food was delicious and they forgot an item one time but when I called about it they have me that item right away! Their manager Amber is awesome. I usually go later in the evening so it’s kinda stinky with the smell of too many sweaty people but still clean! Either way the kids and I love Wendy’s!

Came to Wendy’s tonight for the first time this year and I live just down the street order a bacon double stack biggie bag and had to wait 10 to 15 minutes once I see how long I was there. I currently backed up to the window because they pulled me up saying we only make spicy nuggets cooked. The order never knew that but as I’m at the window, the manager was counting money out the drawer, then stop and notice that I was at the window, went to the fire station start preparing my food without washing her hands without sanitizing her hands unprofessional will never return to this Wendy’s again if I was you guys, I wouldn’t Go to this Wendy’s Amberley was the manager very unprofessional. You never know who watching you when you prepare somebody’s food.

Ive given this Wendy’s soo many opportunities. They take soo long, the food is always messed up, cold. This place needs to go out of business! The owners should throw the towel in and close. The amount of times I along with others have pulled off the line and ended up somewhere else is crazy. I’d give this place a 0 if I could!
