Ordered food through there drive thru late at night. The ai system added extra frostie stuff to the Order, I told the employee about they didnt remove it before charging my card and then the supervisor tried saying she couldn’t refund it I argued, and then she said if I canceled the order because their system messed up. I would have to come back in the morning to get a refund. 1 I WAS A MANAGER AT A FASTFOOD RESTURANT BEFORE SO DO NOT TELL ME LIES. 2 if you refuse a refund when your system messed up that is theft. 3. The food I got has all the floating burnt to a crisp fries in it. I have been door dashing your area for awhile and do not want to listen to your supervisor or night managers lies. Last note: I have a business degree so keep lying and you will be reported the the city business commerce next time.

The whole staff didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in for dine in. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes and every single employee walked past us twice, with out acknowledging us. We were the only people in the whole place. 3 were on their phone just texting the manager put a drawer in the register and walked off for 3 minutes and then we finally just left to go somewherre else. Not a single greeting and every one just pacing around on their phones. Horrible service and atmosphere…. Never was even greeted so never got a chance to try the food since no one was available to do their job

Let me start by saying this was the best experience I’ve had coming through any drive through in Florida. Thus, far, and I’ve been here since February 7th 2025!
First, I was greeted properly with a professional enthusiastic tone from a young white teenager on the loudspeaker with a very friendly & inattentive ear. I didn’t catch his name. Check the schedule.
Once I got up to the window, I was greeted by a very lively sweet, black woman, by the name of Vivian, who then told me that she is the new nighttime manager and I just smiled, because my last couple days have beat me down, but her vibrant loving energy was the last thing I was able to receive before going to sleep last night. I just couldn’t stop smiling on my way out the parking lot. I am happy she is there and I pray that her loving presence is contagious throughout the staff, and towards each guest stopping by. I pray that she is appreciated and that this review will be mentioned as a group recognition for initially being kind and providing a smile and goofy personality to a perfect stranger that really needed it the most. Thank you Vivian, for existing, and for choosing this particular Wendy’s.
God puts His light workers in all corners of the Earth. I’m just happy that you were there when I needed a reminder that there are still genuine pleasant people in this world. Thank you again, Vivian & may you be blessed and prosperous and Jesus mighty name, Amen.

I went to the drive-through there was a car in front of me and no one else at all. It looks like he got upset and drove off so I drove up. The worker was really nice she said that her headset had died so she didn’t know why the man was upset and took my order. I paid, and then I heard from the kitchen that they had to make the food fresh, which I’m completely fine with so I was asked to pull up to wait which I did no problem there. Altogether from beginning to end, it was 15 minutes, 10 o’clock at night and zero other customers. The problem happened when I got home and bit into my spicy chicken sandwich. It felt really cold and slimy. Then, when I looked at the sandwich, I saw that I had bitten into a raw piece of chicken. Completely unacceptable,Somebody could get hurt or killed. I did end up getting ill with stomach cramps, diarrhea, and had to go to the hospital . I will never return to this establishment again, which is quite sad, but that is more than just a mistake, pure carelessness. I will be following up with this situation if you know what I mean.

This wendy’s is the worst one ever !! my husband got a fish took over seventeen minutes to cook it and then it came out.So overdone and dry could barely eat it.. I got a cob salad.I think the grilled chicken had been grilling for about two days.It was so disgusting it was like eaten a piece of cardboard.So dry, it almost choked you you had to kill it in dressing… if I was not so far away with that order.I would have for sure took it back and told them to eat it!! DISSATISFIED ID AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!! i’m sure I got the garbage left over.Because it was a to go order….

Unacceptable experience. There was no one in line, yet I still had to wait far too long for my order. On top of that, the lady couldn’t even check to make sure both of my sauces were in the bag. The lack of attention and customer service was honestly disappointing. Poor lady hates her job just let her go
