Im a regular at this store at night time. I just went back tonight and ordered a munchie meal
Replaced the drink with a Oreo shake and also ordered jalapeño poppers. I came home and took 2 bites of my sandwich and it was cold (i wish I took pictures the first time )The food was reheated and old. I went back and asked if I can get my money back for the meal because it was completely cold/dry/and reheated. As a fast food worker myself and family members who have also worked at jack I know the difference in the quality of food. I then proceeded to show her the quality of food she was serving and she said nothing. I also asked her for 2 fresh tacos in return on top of the refund just for the meal. The “manger” said “I’ll give it to you this time but next time you come I need you to bring everything you paid for” as if I did not say “can I just get the refund for the meal and 2 fresh tacos”. I then saw the cook popping tacos out left and right as if she just had tacos laying there but when I received my tacos they were still reheated tacos. I touched the tacos the were cold.THE ECONOMY IS TOO EXPENSIVE TO NOT GIVE QUALITY FOOD WHEN PURCHASING. The cheese is supposed to be melted if the tacos are made fresh as she claimed. Oh and on top of that the “manger” as she was at the register by the window said in Spanish “nomas asen eso para que le regresen el dinero” which translates to “they only do this so that they can get their money back” HAHA!!! The solution to refunds is to serve fresh food and what the customer asked for. Change the “MANGER “ to a better one and you’ll receive more money towards this location instead of losing it.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Jack n the Box!! We ordered ours via the app… when we got our food I was so excited because I was so very hungry…and I especially like jack n the box…. However, the “food” they served us was totally Unedible!!! I was appalled! And still so very hungry… the restaurant was literally as cold as it was outside and when we turned our EXTREMELY cold tacos in for fresh ones the employee not only had a horrible attitude, she told my boyfriend he wasnt going to get credit for the one he had taken a bite out of!!! IF YOU CANNOT DEAL WITH PEOPLE… DONT GET A JOB IN CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! The cleanliness was far below any standard, especially for an establishment that serves “food”

Order two medium combos and got charged for large on both but they gave us medium drinks at that. The lady at the drive thru didn’t make no sense on explaining, dont come here, they dont even put your order on the screen so they can upcharge you. She didn’t even want to give us our receipt as well. I love coming to jack but everytime I come to this location, im always getting charged for a large.

Unfortunately understaffed, but great service. People seem to come in there looking for an issue, because in the time I was there the three employees had to defuse two situations in less than 15 minutes. I had an issue with my order and after talking to the worker like a person they where easily able to fix the situation with no issue. Food is great as always. Love jack.

I went through the drive through, I ordered onion rings and a burger meal ,however the girl at the window forgot to give me my drink, so I had to go all the way back around and I tasted one onion ring it was soaked in grease, as you can see the bag soaked in grease I had ask her are the onion rings fresh and hot , she didn’t say anything just standing inside and pulled her cell phone out , that’s a negative as well ,she is handling my food ,those phones have germs ,and she put paper towels on top of my onions rings it’s contaminated at that point. also the onion rings was redip in grease I couldn’t eat them grease were soak through the bag. so I went on the inside to return my order and it were dirty, paper towels snd trash all over the floor as you can see. it was worst all over the area , and the tums were the the basket just not clean st all and I told the Spanish manager about how dirty it was.she never apologized for my experience just gave me back my money and walked away. I don’t think I’ll be returning there.

I went this location for the 1st time. The workers here were really friendly. He ring up my order correctly and was very polite.
My order was out to me in about 3 to 5 minutes.
Gave me the sauces that I asked for.
The burger & fries were very delicious. I just didn’t care for the vanilla shake at all. I would return to this location again. Worker were very friendly over the one on Arapaho road.
