On todays visit for lunch. The lobby smelled and the burger tasted just like the lobby looked and smelt, like death. I couldnt finish the burger and I had to leave the establishment for fresh air outside. The lobby was not clean and the windows were dirty, hasnt anybody cleaned that place since it was remodeled?

Would give zero stars if I could. Very disappointed because we used to come here regularly and had never had any problems. In the Wendy’s mobile app, it shows you the nearest locations and their addresses. In the app and even on Google Maps, this location shows up as Park St. I placed my order for this location like I have five million times before. I go through the drive thru and to my surprise the guy says he doesn’t have my order and I have the wrong location. Apparently the workers here today think there’s another close by Wendy’s with the same address but “Ave”. That’s not the case and I was so confused. I parked and went inside with my toddler to get our order. I even double checked the app and Google Maps beforehand. The black lady in a blue shirt with long hair was too busy being focused on FaceTiming her friends or family. She even had the phone propped up so they could see customers and we could see them. All I wanted was to get clarification on where this mysterious “Ave” location is so I could go get my order and even tried to calmly explain that I always have my order here with this address. Funny how she couldn’t show me where the other location is and magically my order popped up. No sorry but instead she walked off and said “stop giving me attitude”. Obviously, she’s miserable here and probably shouldn’t have a job at all if thats how she “works”. Never coming back due to that.

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. They constantly tell you to pull to the side door so they don’t run up their times at the window. Then they forget you’re waiting. Went inside to see what’s up and they tell me that they don’t have an order for me…but you charged me and gave me a drink? So how does the order not exist? Go back to car to get receipt just so they can still get the order wrong and don’t give me half the items ordered. Wait 15 min for them to correct it. My mistake is repeatedly going back to where they continue to not give me items I ordered. Does anyone manage this place??

The inside is beautiful! I love the layout! So many seats and the place is clean.
The food was alright. My eggs in my salad tasted a little off but you can always just pick it out. I’m not a picky Karen. The service was great and my rewards scanned easily. It’s not easy to get into if you have a wheelchair.

This has to be the fastest location ever. Tried the new Krabby Patti meal. It’s basically a Dave’s single with extra pickles and what seemed to be a version of Big Mac sauce. It was yummy, but my favorite thing was the pineapple frosty!

Came thru the drive thru about 2 hours before closing on a Friday night. There was no wait, not a single person in line. We ordered 2 spicy chicken combos and were bluntly told it was going to be a wait. We waited 10-15 minutes. The bags were greasy, like the fries had been sitting in them a while. Sure enough the fries were room temperature. Also the chicken on one of the sandwiches was so tough that it was inedible.

Absolutely the worst meal I ever had. Please allow me to explain. Cheeseburger was haphazardly assembled. When I attempted to fix it the bun completely crumbled in my hand it was so stale. The burger also had chunks of brown lettuce. French fries were cold. The iced tea tasted spoiled. Terrible, terrible meal.

Food was ok. Average for fast food. The restaurant didn’t seem very clean and they were out of most drinks on the drink machine. No sugar free options at all and quite a bit of the regular drinks were out as well.

Came through & got a daves double and a chicken asiago club, got home and the asiago club was a classic chicken sandwich, my wife absolutely hates mayo so now im back home with a sandwich and a hungry, angry wife, this really sucks because the dude at the register was really nice and genuine, really a good dude, order just came out wrong as hell, no reciept to check to see if i was charged for the club or the classic chicken

OMG finally got really good crispy fried and decent burger here. The staff was patient when we needed a minute to order as well as making sure we had all the condiments a d utensils we needed.
