Extremely friendly staff. Came for a quick dinner, drinks, and dessert. I mean it when I say these were the BEST churros I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and make sure you get them next time you eat here! Their chips and queso are always my favorite, and they make great spicy margaritas.

Monte Albán in Webster never disappoints! Tried the taco dish entrée for the first time—street tacos were full of flavor, steak tacos were juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the tomatillo salsa was the perfect touch. Definitely a new favorite!

Ernestina was great! She is so friendly, hard-working, and fast! She was so welcoming, and got us our food and receipt so quickly. I think she could tell we were a little pressed for time, but she didn’t rush us to eat, of course! She just noticed when we were finishing up. The food was very very good, especially the carnitas.

By far the worst Mexican food I think I’ve ever had… or maybe the worst service… or both.
We got there after a movie across the street around 3:45. Place was empty. We waited to be seated.
Sat in the back area. Waited about 4 minutes for a venue. THEY only serve Pepsi products so I ordered water. The server appeared to be annoyed woth my water and lemon order. My friend got a Pepsi.
Chips were average but fine but the salsa was bitter and tasteless and very watery. Tasted like the juice from a can of stewed tomatoes.
Took 10 minutes to come back for the order. We ordered a shredded chicken nachos to share. She rolled her eyes when I said to share and asked if “thats it?”.
Took 15 minutes for horrible nachos. Cold shredded chicken and very little.of it, wilted shredded lettuce, white American chese!!! Gross! And canned tasteless jalapeños. More chips than toppings. Awful experience. Yuck.

Went to dinner with friends And our waitress gave me the wrong drink different from what I ordered and upon telling her it was incorrect she would not take it back or bring the correct drink And proceeded to charge me for two and argued with me that I was wrong. This could have been easily fixed and professionalism could have been given but this was not the case. Disappointed and won’t be returning to this Webster location.

Date Night! We love Mexican and I haven’t been to Monte Alban in years. The menu and quality of the food has changed, and it was for the good. Our waitress was friendly and sweet, the food was amazing and we left so full and happy! We will definitely be back soon!

I really wanted to like Monte Albon in Webster, but unfortunately, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. Our waiter handed me a lemon with his bare hands, which was pretty off-putting. We waited almost an hour for an appetizer that apparently he never even heard us ask for, and by the time our meals came out, we were over it and just asked for the check.
We ended up only paying for our drinks because the service was so disappointing. The manager was the only bright spot — kind, professional, and understanding — but everyone else we interacted with had a serious attitude.
Definitely not an experience I’d recommend. I hope they can make some major improvements, because right now, it’s not a place I’d go back to. I don’t recommend anyone ever going there either. It was a bad night or they need to train their staff better. But it was awful, I was visiting from out of town, and it was just awful experience.

Food wasn’t fresh, tortillas tasted fresh out of a bag. Waitress never asked how anything was or if she could get me something else. Very underwhelming.
Much better Mexican food elsewhere.

Food itself is good, but the online ordering for add ons is apparently asking what you want to REMOVE rather than ADD and this is only made clear on certain dishes. Ended up getting a steak fajita that was literally nothing but steak
