I went through the drive-thru and ordered a simple Dave’s Single cheeseburger. The employee listed as Host 3156 on my receipt asked me to pull into the parking lot and said they would bring my order out to me.
After waiting 20 minutes while multiple cars were served and left, I went inside to check on my order. I was met with a confused look, as if no one knew who I was. The cashier, again listed as Host 3156, rudely asked what I wanted. Eventually, another employee prepared my order.
Unfortunately, the cheeseburger and fries were cold by the time I received them. This was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning to this location.

This Wendy’s is weird. All of my other food was great, chicken sandwich and nugs are fine, burgers are a little over cooked but still good, but they just can’t get baconator fries right for some reason. First time I order them they were raw and under cooked, fries cold as ice. Second time the bacon was so burnt it might as well been charcoal instead.

Nasty! Cold sandwiches, bun felt refrigerated, fries that are way too salty and I like salty fries.
Service was ehhh. You could tell they were more worried about closing the dining room down then taking someone’s orders.
Instead of taking our order the guy asks for someone to come take our order so he can mop.
Also we were ordering to go, we only went in because we were in multiple vehicles so it wasn’t like we were going to hold them up by dining in.

Well since COVID the prices at every day food has sky rocketed but Wendy’s was expensive before. They have the same menu but the items are smaller. Just like everything else prices went up quality and quantity had decreased. I don’t know about the atmosphere since I don’t eat in.

Restaurant canceled my first Doordash order so I would not be able to get the site-promised $5 discount, which was only applicable to one order and could not be reused (even if the initial order was cancelled; I know). I placed a second order, paid full price, and got an edge-to-edge undercooked cheeseburger with about half a slice of bacon instead of two full slices. Very disappointing; usually I don’t have issues with this location, but after being cheated out of a sale and then served undercooked beef, I’m hesitant about ordering from here ever again.

Thrown together and “literally” dripping with grease. The bun on the bottom was soaked and tasted awful. It was so disgusting I decided to throw it away and went to Burger King down the road. The fries were soggy and looked like they’d been sitting for a while. Terrible experience. I haven’t had wendys in about two years and thought about giving it a chance. Dave’s double and single used to be my favorite. I won’t be coming back.
