We went the other day to pick up a mobile order. We told the lady what the name was on our app and she then continued to be extremely rude to my husband about the name and how it was on the app. And of course she sent someone else out to give us our food because she knew she would have heard a mouth full. The young lady that actually brought us our food was extremely nice. They need to be better at hiring people that will be doing customer interaction. And if she was a manager she should be fired. Wendys, while your food is good. Your employees are trash.

Wendy’s is still a solid stop with great pricing and decent value, especially compared to many other fast-food places lately. I do miss the old “4-for-$4” deal, but the “4-for-$6” is still reasonable and keeps Wendy’s competitive. The service really stands out — Anna does a fantastic job and is always very helpful and friendly. Overall, a reliable place with good value and great staff.

Horrible drive thru experience on 23 Jan at 10am. Worker was rude fringe ordering process on. Asked a simple question about the menu and was greeted with nothing but attitude. Food came out quick but our fries were barely warm and were actually chewy…

Nice Wendy’s. Service was excellent and came out fast. Close to I- 10 we had chicken wraps which were good and the Lettie center was fresh. My husband said there was no TP in men’s room. The overall experience was positive.

Perhaps the cashier was new, but the store was not busy at least with on-site customers. However they still managed to provide the wrong meal. And seemed a bit confused.
They were out of stock of potatoes. I did ask what the french fries were cooked in and they had to find out. There was a girl there who was helpful to sort out the order.

Burger not cooked all the way (still pink inside), so I wasn’t comfortable feeding it to my child. Nice people though, and the bathroom was fine.

I’m not one to complain a lot, but I came in the restaurant expecting semi friendly service. Was met with agitated stares, annoyed glances, and huffy looks from the MANAGER. I didn’t get a lot, my order was paid by the app. Understandably, it is the morning, but frankly, if I had been a robber it would’ve been super easy to rob the place because no one was at the front and I spent about three minutes standing at the counter.
