I would normally give this store higher marks except, the drinks in the app don’t match what you have in the store and you know it and haven’t changed it. And the food quality has slipped. The employees are still nice and the store is clean. But if you just update the app to what you actually sell and get back on track with the food quality, we’re good. As an example, don’t put a single piece of romaine lettuce on an otherwise dry chicken sandwich and think that’s OK.

Ordered a biggie bag with the chicken BLT ask for no mayo mustard because I’m allergic to Mayonnaise that is shelf stable the individual that put my sandwich together put mayonnaise on it then decided to scrape it off and cover it with Mustard so it must’ve never happened right? We’ve been to this location on a few occasions when we have found ourselves in the area. Today, 9/2020, we visited and we’re disappointed. We decided to go in, and were surprised by slow counter service and poor safety precautions. Some employees were not wearing masks while others had masks that were not covering their noses and/or mouths. In addition, service was slow and seemingly disorganized.

Stopped by the drive thru and was treated to cold and old #2 and #6 meals. The manager was very unpleasant especially when we returned to have our food remade. They brought out the fresh food and one of the sandwiches. Chicken when it was supposed to be Dave’s single.

I ordered a mobile order on the 26th, it was a decent sized order. I changed all the sides(upgraded) and I even went through the drive through to pick it up, they had everything ready , drinks were freshly made and every single item on my order was correct (most mobile orders at most restaurants are the last priority and most of the time things are just thrown together and not correct) , I just wanted to applaud the night shift that night! Everything was perfect and I truly thank you for taking your time and making sure everything was right! Also all the food tasted great! Thank you so much !
