Horrendous service. They did not know their breakfast menue was still up, and looked at us stupid when we came in at 11:30 asking if they’re still serving breakfast.
Floors unmopped. Somehow, the carpet is sticky?
Immature staff, yelling about spilled items and making me and my family concerned if our food is even safe to eat.
No ice available. It’s like, fused with freon because of a experience lacking technician.
Line builds up, and nobody has gotten their food yet.
As for the food. It’s good. Not sure if it was worth the 20 minute wait though.

Food was good service even better…… BUT I’m not exactly sure who runs the place but here in this little small town we like sweet tea… very disappointed they no longer sell tea. Hopefully it doesn’t affect them in a negative way here in the south.

We stopped here 10-6-25 for lunch and I got to say I was very surprised. We got freshly cooked the hamburgers . I have never got that from any fastfood places. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The inside was pretty clean. Will be back to this location for sure.

A few months ago, I would have said this was the best Wendy’s around. The drive-thru used to be quick and efficient, and the food was always fresh. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill recently. Service has become noticeably slower, with long waits both inside and in the drive-thru. On several visits, the food has been served cold. When dining in, the tables are often dirty and the floors sticky, which makes the experience even less enjoyable.
I really hope this location can turn things around, because it used to be one of the best.

This place is extremely run down in every aspect. The floor is so sticky that I had to wash my shoes as soon as I got home. I also couldn’t use the restroom as two members of staff went back there to “snuggle.” A lot of staff were just standing around instead of helping pack orders or cleaning, which the lobby desperately needed. Pretty much every table was covered in trash and/or dirty. My sandwich was pretty good and I did enjoy it but the new frosty swirl that I tried, it was horrible. I’m pretty sure it was the brownie batter that made it taste weird. At least the staff member that took my order was cordial and was actually doing their job but sadly I could tell they were being overworked due to the others not doing their jobs.

Holy crap. I mean, a Wendy’s is a Wendy’s, and far be it from me to leave a review for a fast food joint. But WOW. I just waited 30 minutes for three large beef patties. Not full burgers. Not combo meals. Not a crazy order with substitutions. Just three pieces of meat. It doesn’t get easier than that. And it took 30 minutes! The place wasn’t crowded. And the kicker, when I FINALLY got the order, they didn’t even give me the large patties, they gave me the small ones! First world problems, I get it. But I could’ve driven to the freaking grocery store, bought some frozen burger patties, driven home, pan fried these burgers myself, and still been eating faster.

Worst food I have EVER eaten at a fast food restaurant. Out here working and have been to this location twice. Both times huge disappointment. First time I was served cold soggy fries. This go around I have the most stale bread I’ve ever had on a burger. Never going to this location again. Tighten up Hilliard crew.

The place is in terrible condition and run down. All the tables needed to be cleaned. There’s a bad odor as well. The cashier was nice. There was some employees working hard and some doing nothing.

Every time I decide to give this location a chance, it never fails to disappoint. No one is ever there when they are supposedly “open”, and I live in the middle of nowhere so guess what, I have to sit and wait on them instead of the other way around. I am losing money sitting in that line for 5 -10 min. Get there earlier so you open up on time OR change your hours and stop false advertising. I really wish I could give this location a 0 star review, but guess you guys got lucky and earned an undeserving star. Thanks for absolutely nothing!

We only stop at this wendys once every few months on our way home from a race in Georgia. This is one of the only places we can get our 45′ camper into (grocery store parking next door). We’ve been coming here for a few years and service is always good and friendly, food is hot, fries are crispy and salted, etc. For some reason every other wendys the fries and cold, mushy and unsalted but not here! This wendys is always good and never disappoints.
