Arrived right at 5pm on a Friday so service was a little slower but totally okay. Salsa in the yellow dish is “hot”. The other salsa is more tomato flavored and medium hot. The small margarita is Big The large margarita is gigantic (ordered the small). Best Chile relleno. Device was pretty heavily flavored with lime for my taste but topped it with the tomatoes based salsa to cut the lime flavor a little. Will take 1/2 home and add lettuce and more avocado for another meal. We will be back.

Had the number 25 combo. Was delicious!! Chile Relleno as it should be! The cabbage “salsa” was unique and tasty. Service was fast and friendly. Although somewhat smallish inside there is room for a couple groups of 8 people and maybe more.

The waiter was very helpful in suggesting vegetarian options, and the veg chimichanga, veg fajita, mocktail, and cocktail turned out delicious with generous portions. It’s a cozy spot, and the complimentary sweet at the end made the experience even more special.

Food was delicious! Portions are more than generous per plate, I always leave feeling full and satisfied. Customer service definitely set a warm homey environment. I travel for work and happened upon this place during my 3 day stay, I made the 1hr drive back to bring my family a week later and they absolutely loved it. There were 15 of us, the servers were super friendly and engaging. They definitely went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.The open bar had an experienced barista that made every drink to a T! I’ve eaten something different each time I’ve gone eagerly wanting try the whole menu! I’ve been up and down Oregon and I can confidently say that Sol De Mexico is by far the best authentic tasting Mexican restaurant that I’ve been to in awhile.

The food at this place is pretty decent. I wish it had a little more spice but the beans and rice were delicious. The service was excellent and when our son was fussing they quickly boxed our food up for us so we could leave! We really appreciated the service and their kindness! We got the Del Mar and the Sol burrito, they were both good and there are quite a few dishes I’d like to try in the future.

I am vegetarian. This was one of the best vegetarian burrito I have ever had. Got it spicy and it was yummy. Wife had less spicy, it was perfect for her. And to end deep fried ice cream was cherry on top. Literally too. Lol

Drinks were to die for and large!!!!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here. The service was friendly and the food was great! The pork was tender in the enchiladas, the Fajitas Mixtus had a great flavor and lots of seafood and the fish tacos were different but still delicious. We shall return soon. Thank you!
