Sometimes when you don’t want to be at work it might just be best to stay at home and not fuss at your coworkers about having to work. Dirty tables, coke from the coke machine all over the floor making it sticky with each step. I don’t understand this work ethic today.

Requested crispy bacon on jr bacon cheeseburgers, bacon was raw. Planned to eat inside but it was freezing, 55° outside and colder in resturant so we went home. The fries were limp and cold, burgers were nasty. I’d love to manage that place for 6 months!!!! Horrible attitudes. This world desperately needs an AWAKING!!!!

We are not from Albany so we decided to stop and eat. Was very disappointed when we could not eat in the dining area because it was too cold. They had the air conditioner going so high that it was actually making us shiver 61° outside today and it’s actually warmer outside than it was inside that store. food was OK but won’t be back again.

Pulled up and said i had a mobile order. I was asked if i was at the right place and told them yes. They claimed they didn’t have the order, told them i have the sceenshot to prove that the order went to this location. They still claimed they didn’t have it while giving an attitude. Showed them the screenshot with the address, they still tried to say they didn’t have it but they disappear for a couple seconds and come back to tell me they actually do have the order. I wouldn’t have had an issue from the start and i would have chalked it up as the system being wonky but i was given attitude when i was being cordial.. I can’t let this one incident slide.
The next time i come up to get an order of mine and get given an attitude again I will not hesitate to figure out the appropriate phone numbers and emails to contact. These contacts will be spammed until something is done.

Awful customer service!!! Very bad, nobody in there wants to be at work. I was an inconvenience to them when I was ordering my food. They genuinely do not lack skills to work with the public!

I don’t really have anything good to say about this location. Workers unfriendly, threw down tray and not polite at all. Drink out of the machine tasted like chemicals. Tables and chairs were disgusting. Bathrooms even worse.

OMG! Frosty .$50 cent. I had 2, back-to-back. God issss Good! As usual, I had a large chili (and asked to fill my cup with more substance, rather than the sauce). Staff was nice enough to allow us to bring in our Chinese white rice which served as a bed for my chilli. Awsome. Awsome. My son ate from box to cup (see his pics).
Management, the 3 young ladies, they we’re superb. They acted like they we’re in my kitchen, joking and just being very real, down to earth – like family/or close friends. The eating area was spotless. The cushioned chairs made me feel like I was sitting in my own living room. Thank you Wendy’s – in Albany, GA. Shush, I asked the manager not to tell on me about that 2nd chocolate frosty. Shush now. Shush.

I rarely eat any type of fast food but I was out for an extended period of time and was really hungry and thirsty so I pulled into this Wendy’s, mainly to get a water. They had this Baconator sandwich special for $3 and I ordered a small fries to go with it and asked them to cook the fries a little on the well done side.
Okay, you can ask for that “special request” to cook my fries well done until you’re blue in the face at that other large chain with the yellow M and they have no problems at all handing over cold soggy fries.
Well…THIS PARTICULAR WENDY’S was absolutely the best fast food I’ve ever eaten at in my life. They took the time to cook the fries the way I like them and gave them to me piping hot! The bacon cheeseburger was delicious as well. I didn’t have to go looking for the burger because it went all the way to the edge of the bun. The bacon was well cooked and not at all soggy or fatty. Oh, and they didn’t charge me for the tap water I ordered with ice! That’s just amazing especially these days!
If I’m back in that area of Albany on Dawson Rd near the UPS store, I’ll be sure to be hungry before I head there because I’d get the same thing again!

I order food from this Wendy’s at 9:23 a.m. on 2/26/2022..Breakfast burger was burnt, coffee half full and seved COLD! The food was absolutely DISGUSTING! and unfit to eat. This place needs to be shut down!
