The sandwiches are good! The salads are good! But what’s incredible is the staff. One staff member stands out every time though. His name is CJ. He has this quiet and reserved customer service but an absolute golden heart that not many will notice but it definitely comes out when it’s needed. All the staff there is great but I definitely have a great appreciation for CJ.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars but it failed in that aspect. So I ordered 2 steak and cheese sandwiches on wheat and what I got wasnt even close to my order. I think what I got were 2 club sandwiches. They taste good but not what I wanted. I don’t see myself coming back. Especially for another possible wrong order.

The staff were friendly, and the food was good. However, we got there at 8:10, and one of the workers proceeded to tell us that the “lobby” closes at 8:30. The store is open until 9. It looked like they were already cleaning up and itching to get out of there. I’m not sure if that is common practice, but if it is, they should post a sign that says that you cannot eat in the lobby after 8:30, even if they close at 9.

They go beyond sandwiches with great salads. I’ve had the best luck with their salads.
In all the years I’ve eaten there have been a couple of issues. They have ALWAYS gone out of the way to make up for it.
