There was dirt or some dirt looking thing in my grilled chicken wrap. I could feel the dirt in my mouth and looked in to the wrap and found the brown color thing … am a traveler so I couldn’t go back to store yell at them… but never seen this horrible negligence…. This could cause serious health issues to anyone …. I have attached the pictures of the wrap , cover and the bill

First of all i walk in people got the hands on the hips. And when they do come up and ask you for your order, Guy had no courtesy and Acting like Guy didn’t wanna be there. Then I ordered my food. got my cup for my drink and machine had no ice. Then get my food The food was nasty. The burger I got the burns were old. The meat was cold. The cup of chili I ordered was only Halfway full.. Come on, Y’all can do better.

We had lunch at this Wendy’s inside the pilot travel stop in November 2024. I was amazed how long it took to not only order but then wait to receive our order in this fast food restaurant. There was a person in line ahead of us. And before we had received our order, the line grew. I would estimate that to place the order and sit down took ten minutes or more. The person yelling out the names for pick up, was very difficult to understand. I watched various people talking to each other saying “what did she say”.
What happened to fast food? It’s been getting steadily worse and worse as time goes on. Wendy’s use to be one of the better burger joints. But like McDonald’s and Burger king, the food tastes terrible. It’s somewhat eatable and fills your belly, but there is no longer much enjoyment with eating it. I guess that’s why places like Freddys, steak and shake, and Culver’s seem much more appealing nowadays.
Anyway I had a double burger meal and the wife just a chicken sandwich. My food was borderline warm at best. But her chicken was so hot she badly burnt her mouth on the first bite. It took her by surprise because the sandwich felt quite cool. The chicken must have been fresh out of the fryer. At least it was fresh, I guess. The soft drink machine was out of most brands. So we had to pick a soda we didn’t really care for. I can understand one being out. But multiple flavors all at the same time?
We paid almost $20 for our food. Two sandwiches, one fry and one drink. expensive and it kind of sucked. And to top it off, not one of the employees remotely seemed friendly in any way. Maybe it was just a bad day for the entire crew? But we found this Wendy’s extremely slow, unfriendly and expensive for the meal we were provided. Wendy’s should think about maybe going back to food that actually tastes good rather than maximizing profits with the ingredients they are passing off for food anymore.

If I could give 0 ⭐️ I would. I stopped at this location 01/25 at 09:50 a.m. and purchased breakfast totaling $16.14. My order (the problem) was the chicken biscuit combo with a large tea…fry’s were cold but my biscuit wrapper was hot so I wasn’t going to complain. Being a truck driver, I left location, got 2 miles up road…bit into my sandwich only to find out that this sandwich was raw and undercooked on the inside. Breading was brown/hot and the biscuits was hot. I called the number listed on the website only to be told it’s not a working number. Called corporate office in Columbus Ga to report this issue and send pictures, report was suppose to be taken and rep was suppose to call me back, which did not happen…imagine swallowing uncooked chicken and scared to deaf of catching salmonella or some other type of food-borne illness due to the incompetence of overworked and underpaid staff members who pulls chicken or any food item too fast just to get people out of the location. Are people health not a priority anymore…? I’m more disappointed in corporate for not taking my complaint/concern seriously than the establishment that sent out that undercooked food! I didn’t ask for my money back because my husband’s order was good and I know mistakes happen but at what point do you not take customers complaints serious. If there was a space for me to upload images…I would,l. Since it’s not, I’ll go to google reviews and leave this same comment with pictures available! I will never eat at this location again and ya’ll can keep my money! Gratification is making other consumers aware to check your food before you leave out of the store…especially truck drivers!

They made my burger wrong, three times. That’s just one of many experiences that were incredibly disappointing. Whether it’s morning, afternoon, or night time… you’re bound to have a bad experience. I wish they would shut it down and put something else there. This place is tanked.

This Wendy’s location, although in a Pilot gas station, renewed my faith in fast-food.
The Frosty cream cold brew was a terribly sweet abomination, but they swapped it out kindly.
The nuggets were hot and juicy.
The junior deluxe cheeseburger was the best I’ve had from a Wendy’s in years. The vegetables were crisp and fresh while the burger was hot and flavorful.
Lastly, the service team was AMAZING. They are such nice folks.
I really wish my local Wendy’s was like this.

Most incompetent fast food place ive ever had the displeasure to eat at. What little of my order i ate. After waiting for 15 mins as others who came after received their food, they left out my tenders. So had to wait even longer for that. Then go to open ip my chicken sandwich which was specifically no mayo, they seemed to have put a huge global of mayo on it and didnt add pickles. I’ve worked fast food for years, you weren’t even busy. Im sorry you dont know how to read. My suggestion only go here if you want to be highly upset by the food being messed up as well as the rude customer service.

Had a order that was supposed to be ready 25 minutes ago, we get there and it isnt ready we got told to wait in the mobile order parking. Sat there for about 5 minutes and i went inside the wendys myself, everybody in there was super slow looked like nobody was taking the job seriously, and the lady we spoke to in the drive through thought it was funny that i was getting impatient. Worst wendys i ever been to never again will i waste money here

This is THE WORST Wendy’s I’ve been to in this area. There is ALWAYS something wrong with my order or they take an EXTREMELY LONG time to get me my order. I just came from there today and they gave me diced grilled chicken instead of the substitute classic chicken! Please, if you value your customer experience and if you want to feel heard and considered, THIS Wendy’s IS NOT the place for it, you’re better off going to another one, even if it is 10 miles away.

This soda machine should not look like this. It is unacceptable that did not happen in one day. You can tell it’s been like that for a while so I suggest don’t drink no soda from that fountain or you will get sick.
