Dirty throughout the store. Needs a deep clean and a refurb. Restaurant seating area tables, floors and seats were dirty. Bathrooms smell of urine all the way out in the hall. Kitchen struggled to keep up at 3 pm on a Tuesday.

Took almost 30 minutes to get our food. No explanation, no apology and no obvious problem except a worker had to leave for an apparent family emergency. But that was after they got several orders before ours wrong and others before us were made to wait too. We were told our order would be right up and 20 minutes it was. Worst Wendy’s we’ve ever been to. Ever.

I was happy when I walked into this Wendy’s. I had a glimmer of hope walking in, wanting nothing more than a chicken sandwich and some fries. Little did I know it would be the most disappointing Wendy’s I have ever encountered.
Upon entry my hopes were dropping quick. Stained carpet, waterlogged ceiling, ripped booth seats. This dog had already had its day long ago. No music, no atmosphere.
My parents and I waited five minutes before someone came to the register to take our order. Cashier was amiable but frustratingly slow. Waited 20 minutes for our food before my father became antsy. We had been watching them from our seats and from our surveillance they had not yet started our order. My father, having experienced similar treatment at another fast food chain recently was not going to have this and thus, went to get his money back.
They claimed to be working on our order currently while our cashier was sprinting to get buns. The manager weakly argued with my father in a respectful tone, until she realizes we do not want food from them at all anymore. I really don’t care that they messed up our order or wasted our time. Fast food is not always reliable and it is not a fun job to work. I understand it probably sucks working there, however, the manager did one thing that is absolutely unacceptable. She endangered the health of other customers.
With her gloves that she used to make food, she pulls out money from the cash register. The same gloves that she then went back to serving food with. After touching various, un-food related items. This place proudly displays a 100 as their sanitation score as well.
Unsanitary with a passive and spacey staff, and depressing to walk into.

Poor slow service which unfortunately has become a trend for all Wendys throughout the chain. Too bad they have destroyed a formerly strong brand with good food purely due to poor management. Took more than 10 minutes for a simple single burger combo and there were only 2 of us in the entire restaurant! Don’t waste your time.

This Wendys is the worst and slowest I’ve ever been to. We stopped to grab a quick meal while traveling expecting it to take maybe 10 or 15 minutes. It took 45. There was only one cashier. The line wrapped around the inside of the restaurant. Their pos system was completely outdated. So every order was put together mainly by guess work. Even the cooks and fry station were slow. The food was fine once we finally got it.

Food was good, as expected. Employees were curious and fast. Dining area a little outdated. NO baby changing station in either bathroom. Temperature seemed to have been set to keep the kitchen cool, which made the dining area fridged.

Took 20 minutes to get 3 burgers! Food tasted good, out of a lot of foods, chili, tea. Manager was “stocking up” the creamer and ketchup while there was 10 deep in line…really?

Stopped for a quick lunch on the way to fl, the poor manager was floundering, the restaurant was not the cleanist, and the order was too long (38 minutes from entering restaurant to food with about 7 people in front of us.) Then when we finally got the food, part of our order was wrong. We were told all of this was because people didn’t show up to work, and also they ran out of chicken because the food truck didn’t show up… I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt this was just a terrible day, but it’s probably not the most spectacular wendy’s on an average day either. If you are a traveler, and can manage to go a little further down the interstate for another wendy’s, probably do so. *this experience was the Saturday before Christmas I don’t know if that had anything to do with it.

Not the definitive worst Wendy’s we’ve been to, but certainly down there. Both of our 4 piece nuggets came with 3 pieces and they gave us the wrong drink, insisted new were the ones that ordered incorrectly, and wouldn’t replace the drink. At that point, I gave up and drank my diet Coke.

Kids love Wendys chicken nuggets better than any other fast food, so we stopped and I took a chance at their cod sandwitch. I was impressed. Fast food that actually feels healthy and very tasty. Flaky fish and juicy. Thank you! And excellent service!
