I can’t even get to order because they tell me to wait in 10 minutes later I’m still waiting. How is that good service or even a good experience? Not worth my time to get there when it’s greasy nasty and they don’t have enough people I care about their job to do a good job for the people who are their customers. The people they would not have a job for if they didn’t have customers!

This was actually a pretty clean looking but sticky Wendy’s. The food was good and there’s oddly a Tesla mini charging station nearby.
They got out orders out at an alright pace. They followed the custom order instructions I sent from the app spot on so good looks for that.

Customer service is extremely subpar!
Though the food was hot, the restaurant was out of 5 of the 7 saucy nuggs sauce, out of ranch, out of spirit/sweet tea and dirty!

What a mess. No Ketchup, fountain drinks were all out with the exception of 3 flavors, filthy restrooms. Dave Thomas is rolling over in his grave due to his disappointment over this location.

We stopped at 7 on a Sunday evening, which should have meant there weren’t many customers. Everyone inside had already ordered but no one had food and had been waiting a while. The whole restaurant smelled strongly of pee. It was really bad. When we had been there 10 minutes and they hadn’t taken our order, we left. The others waiting stated they were out of a lot of things. I won’t go back there.

Terrible. One of the worst Wendy’s experiences we’ve ever had. We waited a while for the food and it after the wait it all came out in varying degrees of cold to luke -warm. It is one thing to wait for fresh, hot food, another thing to get slow service and cold food. Staff was nice enough, no knocks there. Just would never go again.

Take me back to when fast food was actually fast… been sitting & waiting in this drive thru line for about 30 mins at this point. The woman on the drive thru speaker clearly hates her job & wants us all to know it… a little kindness goes a long way :/ wouldn’t recommend stopping here if you’re looking for something quick.
