On a morning of work, I decided to go to McDonald’s and ordered a curbside pick up, thinking it would be convenient for me to do during my work meeting, After my meeting was over, I waited and waited for my food to come. 30 minutes has passed, and I started to see that people were going through the drive-through faster so I started getting impatient And went through the drive-through to see what was going on they had told me that their system went down and lost a bunch of orders. They gave me my order, but yet it was still incorrect after I literally gave them my phone to view what I ordered on the app. This place needs to pay attention more to what’s going on…. Like if you see a car that’s waiting in the curbside for more than 30 minutes. You should know what’s up.

I waiting for over 30 minutes in the drive through and not one person even acknowledged me. They didn’t even take a minute to tell me they running behind or short staffed or whatever was their reason. Definitely not fast food!!

It’s a McDonald’s – they get orders correct most of the time. Staff is quite friendly.
I wish they served hot fries. -1 star as fries are served just warm the vast majority of the time.

This is the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. The fries and chicken are always fresh. I go out of my way to go to this one rather than the other one in leesburg. Keep it up!

Screwed up my EGG McMUFFIN. Had to walk back in to correct my order. Several employees didn’t know BASIC comes with bacon, and not sausage. Two visits = two screwups – they are batting 1000. $8.00

Words you never thought you’d hear? “We don’t have any Big Macs right now”. Order a Quarter Pounder meal instead. Wait 10 minutes for them to bring the order to our parking spot and the fries are cold.

I work full time and watch my grandkids after school and weekends; needless to say, we eat out more than we should. Kids love Happy Meals, so McDonald’s is always their choice. There has been several times my order is wrong, so finally I was frustrated and started to call the store. Each time they offered to replace on next time through. I have been given a couple different manager’s names, that I was told to give when ordering and they would fix it. The ONE and ONLY time I asked for manager to collect on the 2 quarter cheeseburgers that were RAW in the middle, in which I showed pictures of, asked me for the receipt. When I originally called and complained about raw burgers, he explained the grill was not warming correctly and to order “well done” next time, but did not mention keeping the receipt. This is ONE of several issues we have had. I usually check my order before leaving window, but I have not made a habit of taking a bite to see if raw before I pull away. They do not make it right with you, just make up excuses. They have some wonderful people working there, alot of new faces who are just learning their positions. But the evening management needs major improvement!

This one is always hit or miss. The staff seems to change frequency and it’s never good. The food is always cold and never good. If U 4get to state ” prepare 2 order”, or delete something off ur sandwich u gonna get a messed up meal. I don’t eat out often and this is particularly why. It’s a darn shame, bcuz everything is so expensive & I’m on a retirement budget
