HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed a mobile order for drive thru but the line was really long so I stopped inside they found my order but told me ( very hatefully) since it was drive thru, I had to go through the drive thru. So I get back in line and wait… and wait….. and wait ( there were atleast 8 cars in front of me) just to get to the window for them to tell me they didn’t have ANY ORDER AT ALL. Apparently the rude employee that told me I couldn’t just grab my order while I was inside had CANCELLED IT COMPLETELY. You would think that with Wendy’s closing 100 of locations nationwide they might put a little pep in there step and atleast TRY. I sincerely hope your store is one of those that closes. So I went down the road to Chick Fil A picked up TWO mobile orders in a matter of 5 minutes. And that’s exactly why Chick Fil A is amazing and you guys suck. If I don’t see my money refunded, I will be contacting corporate.

on our way back home from vacation we stop to get some food at wendy’s. it took two minutes for them to acknowledge us at the order box. we order a jbc biggie bag, no tomato add ketchup and make the fry a large. we get the food, it had a tomato and no ketchup and the fry was a jr not a large. we go inside and to me it looked like when we walked in the girl at the counter looked like she knew we were coming in with something wrong in our order. we ask to have the burger remade with no tomato and add ketchup. we get it back and check it as we walk out the door, there’s a tomato! no mayo, no ketchup.

After 18 minutes of sitting in line with only two cars in front of me, I finally get to place my order where I’m told to hold for three or four more minutes and then by the time I get to the window I pay and I’m asked to move forward without even receiving my drink. How far this is one the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. If you hope to get quick and fast food you could literally go across the street to Denny’s and get it quicker.

The food was okay but the steats were clean the tables were clean the bathrooms were really modern and clean with 3 stals and a drink station with sodas and sprites and others and the food service was quite fast and if you dint like it there’s a burger king and chick f lay right next to it.

I ordered a 10pc chicken nugget meal and a plain jr cheeseburger (cheese only) and they gave me this double bacon burger with onions and pickles and a 4pc nugget and this tiny fry. They got the frosty right but I’m not happy paying $12 for $6-7 worth of food. Money isn’t a problem but not getting what you pay for is. Also, I have an onion allergy so all i could eat were the 4 nuggets and tiny fries. The lady at the window was pleasant so that is where the stars come from. Also… they didn’t give me any dipping sauce. This location is always pretty spot on but mistakes also happen so I don’t want to be too hard on them.

Ordered about $100 worth of food in a rush and couldn’t check it because of time restraints. Everything was wrong, ordered two Dr. Peppers, got diet cokes. Ordered no Mayo on two burgers got extra mayo, asked to add mustard got no mustard. Terrible service all the way around, too.

I have lived in byron for 20 years and have always love eating here. Not today the frys were so bad. It like they cooked them and they got cold and cooked them again. Do not eat here.
