I ordered a 10pc chicken nugget meal and a plain jr cheeseburger (cheese only) and they gave me this double bacon burger with onions and pickles and a 4pc nugget and this tiny fry. They got the frosty right but I’m not happy paying $12 for $6-7 worth of food. Money isn’t a problem but not getting what you pay for is. Also, I have an onion allergy so all i could eat were the 4 nuggets and tiny fries. The lady at the window was pleasant so that is where the stars come from. Also… they didn’t give me any dipping sauce. This location is always pretty spot on but mistakes also happen so I don’t want to be too hard on them.

We have tried eating here numerous times and it’s the same every time, no matter the time or day. The drive through literally takes over 20 mins even when there is only a few cars in line. We have also noticed that when one person orders that they don’t even take the next cars order until the car in front has completed their order amd drives off. If chick fil a and Hardee’s in Byron can consistently be doing a great job, then something is wrong at this establishment.

The atmosphere doesn’t apply here as I went to the drive thru. The food was fresh and delicious. I swore off Wendy’s 5 yrs ago because of awful burgers and thought I’d give it another shot. I’m glad I didn’t. The price is ridiculous for a Single with fries and drink. A few cents short of $10.

Worst ever service. Very unorganized staff took 20 in dining area to get food. Completely did not get my order,one of 3. Said it wasn’t ever wrung up. We were in between events at church so I couldn’t wait another 20 minutes. Everyone got there food but me. I will never go back to that location

Picture 4 people in line. Everything is going real slow. The two ahead of me had ordered. While I’m waiting on my food the first person comes back to the counter because food has been left out of his bag. Second person comes back because his is cold. Fourth person leaves. I’m number 3. I get my warm burger on a room temperature bun and just eat it because I want to get back on the road. The sweet tea was good, but beyond that everything was a disappointment.

Slow. Slow slow slow. It took 35 minutes for me to get through the drive through and get my food. There were 2 cars ahead of me and I had ordered and paid online. I don’t blame the workers. This is a corporate policy, most likely Covid related. Wait times are similar at other Wendy’s. It’s unsat. I’m done they’re off the list.
