We came about 9:50 am , and ordered breakfast! I guess they were in the process of switching over to lunch, the employee at the window was VERY RUDE! We ended up being asked to pull up in a parking space and sat there till about 10:25. Which was a waste of My time! When they finally brought out Our order, it was all wrong! I had to go back inside to get it redone. The breakfast side was now lunch, and they gave Me some dried out burnt food that looked like it had been under a heat lamp most of the morning! The taste was Deplorable and the tried to apologize by offering Me some dried out looking cinnamon ball looking things! We just left and threw the remaining food in the trash when We arrived home! I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! DRIVE BY IT!

Horrible service. I ordered on the app. I go to the drive thru to get my order. I get to the window and my order isn’t ready. They gave me my frosty and had me pull forward to wait for my order. I’m guessing they had to cook the chicken for my sandwich. 15 minutes later I am still waiting. I tried calling the store but the number online doesn’t work. I couldn’t go inside because they had all of the doors locked. People are steady driving through and getting their order. They finally bring me a bag of food. I didn’t check it before I left as I had to get back to work. When I got back to work I checked it. It was the totally wrong order. Every time I go there it is always something.

The food you see is from two different locations. The two that are burnt, nasty, and inedible are from wrightsboro rd. Both were suppose to be remakes after we went thru a second time to correct the very obviously burnt bacon. The staff was (verbally) very combative to the remake, and stated they “didn’t want to remake it”, and then further stated “the bacon is just like that”, (no. Its not) all the while talking smack, and eventually shutting the drive thru window in our faces.
The fries in the middle are from the Wendy’s on peach orchard where excellence is all they serve. Obviously their bacon is cooked to standard, fresh, and edible. All wrightsboro rd did was throw more cheese on top of the original order and hand it back. You can visibly see the two layers on the entree. Just unacceptable. You work hard for your money folks. You deserve quality food. Don’t eat there. Theres no telling what they do to your food.

Wrightsboro road Wendy’s is the worst place to go eat at. Food always cold. Customer service is trash. Food is trash. To many kids work there. All outside playing. I don’t understand how they are are still allow to be open.

Honestly one of the worst Wendy’s experiences I’ve had. The food was cold and thrown together, and the service was terrible. One employee named taquez with dreads had a bad attitude from the moment I ordered—rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t want to be there. It made the whole visit uncomfortable. If you’re going to work with customers, at least try to be respectful. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Okay I went to this Wendy’s by default. I was actually at the BK Drive Thru and was waiting in their drive thru and it wasn’t moving. So I went to this Wendy’s. I ordered, paid and got my food hot and delicious! They have a great team there, check them out.

Dining room was open. I was asked if I am using cash or card. I told the female behind the counter that I was using cash. Shortly after she told me that there was no one up front and that I had to go to the drive thru. I did that and received my bag out of the windows. Did not get one napkin. The fries were cold and unfavorable. I cannot understand why is this the best representation of this company. I can understand the other reviews after this experience.
