Ok, Sooooo, I am not really big on fast food, but since moving out this way to own a farm. When I dont feel like cooking. I come here. The chicken sandwich is always fresh, fries are always hot (like the I gotta reach into the bag real quick and get me one of those fries hot.) , and to top it off the staff are always friendly. This is usually my top choice for fast food in Trenton. Keep up the great work!

Friendly, fast, service. Everything correct, hot, and fresh the first time! Bathrooms clean and stocked. Fun treat on our long drive north, headed home. The cashier was super friendly and helpful. A ray of sunshine

Attempt the krabby patty. Best food of Wendy’s I have tasted. Busy location during our visit. The bathroom, though, could be cleansed every so often to aim higher on service and an atmosphere. Thank you

Toughest chicken sandwich I’ve ever tried to eat. I had to use my molars to even break a piece off. It’s bad when you can’t bite into it and it taste like rubber waste of money and waste of points. I’ve had decent experiences here, but this one was quite bad. Won’t be getting another chicken sandwich from here.

I just moved back to Trenton after living in Chattanooga for the last 55 years. I pretty much lived on Big Bacon Classics while building my house. This is, without a doubt, the best run fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to, The food is GREAT and the service is friendly and FAST. I’m sure I’ll be visiting often.

We stopped here while traveling from out of state. Very busy and clean… but, we ordered and paid for 2 baconator combos. We received to single patty burgers with barely a slice of bacon between them. We were then gaslighted that that is what we ordered.

I can’t make this up I ordered a large combo meal and asked for a water for my drink at drive thru. once I pulled away I realized I didn’t get my water. I took my receipt in and let them know I didn’t receive my water the rude older lady with glasses asked them to make me a water. They literally where pouring tap water in a cup for me. I asked for a bottled water since I paid for a drink she told me it was an extra 2.89! So basically a soda is same price as tap water! Then she got an attitude because I said that is ridiculous and told me to have a nice day in the most condescending way. They just lost mine and my entire family’s business. Good job lady! Corporate greed at its finest

After a long work day, I paid $7.68 for cold fries & a carelessly wrapped chicken sandwich that only had ketchup on it. Mistakes are easy to make so I went through the drive thru again. I asked for hot fries, not full again….
The employees barely acknowledged me, didn’t apologize nor ask what else I needed. The employees weren’t rud, but seemed to lack understanding on how to serve customers. After wasting my $ and time, my family will not return to Wendys.

The least welcoming workers in all of Dade County, and your order will be wrong 50% of the time. Especially mobile orders, even with everything spelled out, are wrong. The irritating bit is paying extra for something and it’s not even included on your sandwich. Wendy’s is making a killing off all the items I paid for but never got. My gut always said to check the bag before I leave but sometimes I give them the benefit of the doubt. Why bother? I’m going to start checking at the window. And if you call to tell them it was wrong, and ask to come back, they’re superrr grumpy about it. Is it total apathy or lack of training that makes them so bad at fast food? Either way, order at your own risk.
