The least welcoming workers in all of Dade County, and your order will be wrong 50% of the time. Especially mobile orders, even with everything spelled out, are wrong. The irritating bit is paying extra for something and it’s not even included on your sandwich. Wendy’s is making a killing off all the items I paid for but never got. My gut always said to check the bag before I leave but sometimes I give them the benefit of the doubt. Why bother? I’m going to start checking at the window. And if you call to tell them it was wrong, and ask to come back, they’re superrr grumpy about it. Is it total apathy or lack of training that makes them so bad at fast food? Either way, order at your own risk.

i went through the drive-thru and ordered a $6 biggie bag for me and my brother as i looked in the bag i seen that my fries were not in the container they were all over the place in the bag and my nuggets were too they gave no napkins or straws or my preferred sauces. i usually don’t have a problem with this wendy’s but come on this is freaking ridiculous. DO BETTER!
