Late evening drive through experience. This was an interesting experience to say the least. While the staff was friendly, there was an amount of struggle going on during the order fulfillment process. The order took a while to make and in the end we got someone else’s meal, only finding out after they yelled for us after driving away and running towards the car to ask if we had the wrong food. It turns out we had part of the order for the people in the car behind mine.

I eat lunch several times a week though the drive thru at Wendy’s. I usually get one of the biggie bag meals and the fries are old and cold every single time! Even when I tell them I want hot fries. I’ve come to the conclusion that I think yall put all your older fries in the biggie bag meals to cut down on waste because when I come inside and order one of the combo meals the fries are hot.

Pulled up to the drive through the manager (Danielle) was very rude and dismissive and got mad when the person in front of me had their order wrong and the employee AND manager got rude and denied the wrong order. It took 20 minutes to get my drinks and another 15 before I received my food. I am very displeased with my order and the lack of service.

Food was fine. The girl at the drive through was irritated with something. When I pulled up to the speaker she asked how I could be helped and I told her I had a pickup and she confirmed my name and then disappeared, but she left her headset on and I could hear them in the store yelling about something. Then she came back and asked if she could help me, I said you already did, but you paused and never came back to me. Then she had me pull up to the window and I saw her trying to make something and get mad and slam the counter with her hand and stomp off to go do something else. I eventually got my drinks but it did take about fifteen minutes from the time I pulled up to the speaker to get two frostys. No one was in front of me.

First time trying a baconator. Very unimpressed!!! Doesn’t look at all like the amount of bacon that the picture makes you think there would be. Not even a bite of bacon in my first bite. Looks like a regular amount of bacon that would come on their other normal bacon burgers. Will NOT order this again and I do NOT recommend it.

It was slow and they still managed to miss half of our order and when we got the other half it was still wrong… and who ever yall got working drive thru needs to be put in the kitchen or find a different job.. customer service is definitely not her strongest..

The children love Wendy’s. It was affordable for this single mom using up all her credit cards to make the end of this trip good. We ate well and the food was great. I didn’t even expect them to have a fish sandwich so yes…I paid almost $11 for their fish meal. I was stuffed afterwards. Thankful for the affordability and goodness.

wish there was a zero star. One car in front of me and you still couldn’t get it done. Waited fifteen minutes before I was annoyed; then, as the car in front of me was pulling away, you screamed that the order was wrong, and made them come back. I waited five more minutes before I left. You guys ought to find jobs you like!
