Ordered two baconators with no changed and they told me they didn’t have cheese. The McLane truck was parked behind Wendy’s before I ever pulled into the parking lot. These workers don’t know how to do their job BACONATORS COME WITH FREAKING CHEESE…….. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE CHEESE WITH THE DAMN TRUCK YOU GET FOOD FROM NOT HAVE WHAT YOU FREAKING NEED!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this no star rating, I would this is the second time after two years of being back that I have had trouble with Wendys
The first time a manager who I know from my past literally told her employees to ignore me Before I left this specific individuals daughter was told not to come by my job because she was trying to start drama with one of my employees whenever they went through the drive-through and planned on coming over there to start drama with me as well
When brought up to another manager
And followed up on, the Manager said they haven’t had time to talk about it becuase the GM is on vacation
Ok so I let it go…
Then today I go and they messed up my burger twice!!
I asked for a JBC STD Burger build no tomato
Which means standard burger build
Lettuce,Tom, onion, pickle, ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard
They gave me a normal JBC with onion and extra mustard
When rolling up to the window they were in a group facing away from the window laughing and cutting up
We then (kinda viciously) backed back into the drive thru (as we’ve had trouble in the past and really wanted to grab their attention) told them the order was wrong and and they remade it right but handed it to me with a conniving smile I then told them there was an STD button they could use
after repeating myself 3 times before about no tomato they put tomato on it and I honestly didn’t even have the energy to deal with them again when I could just take it off at home
As an individual who has worked at several Wendy’s over the past 2 years and in this industry this is ridiculous not even just the food but straight up lack of customer service!

Not ready to be done for the day and with no new breweries in the immediate vicinity, I stopped at Wendy’s for a late evening burger and some wifi. The restaurant is clean and tidy with no trash on the tables and a neat condiments station.
I placed my order on the app and it didn’t take long. My Junior Bacon Cheeseburger was assembled properly with the right ingredients. Cheese slightly melted, burger cooked right and the bun warmed. I stuck around for about an hour and all was good enough.

Very slow service with no apparent direction. I didn’t see a manager anywhere. A bus came in while I was waiting for my order, but the cashier had to wait until her order screen was cleared and wasn’t able to take any new orders. My sandwich was wrong and had to be re-made. Several tables were needing attention and ALL the trashcans were overflowing, even though it was slow when I got there. The food was decent but they still have a lot lacking.

2 other customers in the restaurant, I waited 40 minutes for my food just for it to come cold. The staff clearly had enough time to play around but couldn’t get my order done. I had to ask multiple times for extra sauces seemingly being ignored. If that’s not bad enough 12 hours later, I’m throwing up and stuck on the toilet. I went around 7:30 on a Friday night,never again.

Worst service I’ve had black woman read my order and then tells me after paying that they don’t have ice cream instead of telling me before hand, then wants me to “move forward” when the customer behind me had plenty of room to move she refused to give me my money back so now I am out of $25 don’t go to this Wendy’s worst service

We stioped at Wendy’s in Commerce, Georgia on our way back from Atlanta. First, it’s hard for me to rate fast food higher than 3 stars. But for fast fast food, it was tasty. They had a television inside that was set to a sports channel. They had a cozy looking mock fireplace, although it did not put out any heat. They had up Christmas tree, which was festive. Back to food. I love the option of getting chili with my meal instead of french fries. The employees were friendly and the service was good. Nice quick stop!

All sodas had too much carbonation, woman’s bathroom had no paper towels. My Burger was cold, not fresh at all. Chicken nuggets were dark brown, oil had not been changed out.
